The Plaça Espanya A apartment has a large and attractive terrace of 35m2 and it is fantastic to welcome groups up to 10 people. The terrace is an idyllic place to unwind and take advantage of the good weather of Barcelona, whether taking a vermouth or making a rest area. All with the advantage of intimacy, feeling like you are home. Redecorated on November 2016.

This property is located on the ground floor of a building with lift and has 130m2 of living space, not counting the terrace. It is distributed in 3 different levels. On the first level there is a spacious living room decorated with floating lamps and has TV, sofa and stools, where you can relax. Here you will also find a spacious dining room with a large table up to 10 people.

The kitchen is open to the dining room and features a refrigerator, oven, extractor, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and all necessary utensils for cooking and eating. All with direct access to the terrace, this makes it a perfect connection place. In this same level is the guest bathroom.

On the lower level there is a cozy space with two completely separate rooms thanks to a sliding door, which will provide the necessary privacy. We find here a practical double bed sofa and two sofa beds to rest comfortably four people. This level has a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.

The upper level is divided into two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and the second has a bed and a sofa bed. This level also has a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.

The apartment is reviewed periodically, especially the dishes and utensils, so that everything is in perfect condition and nothing is missing. In case you need something, you just have to call and I'll take you.

Plaça Espanya A is located less than 10 minutes from Plaza Spain and 300m from the subway stop Hostafrancs (L1), which connects to all major points of the city. In addition, Sants Station is 5-minute walk from the apartment, where trains to operate to various parts of Catalonia, Spain and France.

Ok, but far from great

In theory this is a lovely house, however, unfortunately it is very worn and the overall standard of equipments is low. There are holes in the walls and huge marks on the walls. There are not 10 beds - only 4 are real beds and the other 6 are very uncomfortable sofa beds. The shower upstairs gave almost no water, and it was either burning hot or ice cold. The kids burned themselves several times. There is no dishwasher, which you could expect in house for so many people. The terrace was lovely, however, since there are apartments all around, you need to speak very quietly (whisper) at night, not ideal when you are travelling with 4 children. All in all, the house has a lot of potential, could be a great place, but in its current state it's not.

Buena ubicación y linda terraza

El apartamento es bonito y está muy limpio. La cocina tenia todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estancia. Echamos en falta un lavavajillas, aunque ya sabíamos desde un principio que no había en el apartamento. Lo que más nos gustó fue su ubicación y la gran terraza que tiene. Está muy cerca de una parada de metro y de la estación de Sants. La terraza la aprovechamos sobretodo para desayunar ya que hizo muy buen tiempo.

Cómodo y confortable

El apartamento es amplio y confortable. Todo estaba muy limpio. De hecho, cuando llegamos (llegamos antes de hora), estaba el quipo de limpieza perparando el apartamento. La terraza es muy agradable.Es muy cómodo moverse por la ciudad ya que tiene una parada de metro a pocos minutos del edificio y una gran estación a 10 minutos.

Buena localización

El apartamento es amplio, nosotros éramos 8 y estuvimos bien. Quizás al apartamento sí que le vendría bien una repasada, pero para estar de vacaciones tiene todo lo necesario y está limpio. La terraza es grande y muy conveniente para comer o desayunar al aire libre.

Lo que más me gustó, y la razón por la que escogí el apartamento, es su localización. Esta super cerca de Plaza España y de la Estación de Sants y tiene una parada de metro a 2 minutos. Es un barrio tranquilo y auténtico.

Good apartment

The apartment is nice and its location is great to see the city. The apartment was big enough for the 8 of us, we did not have space problems at all. The rooms were just like in the pictures, so it was what we expected. The terrace is a little bit changed as it doesn’t have the wooden path and the plastic grass anymore. We did not have a big problem with the hot water, the owner told us to wait between showers and that’s what we did. We had a nice stay. We loved a vegan restaurant located around the corner!!

Gute Lage aber nicht empfehlenswert

Von dieser Wohnung muss dringend abgeraten werden , solange sie nicht gründlich renoviert ist.

Die Wohnung ist für 10 Personen völlig ungeeignet da es nur 3 winzig kleine Schlafzimmer gibt und die restlichen Schlafgelegenheiten sich in Durchgangsbereichen befinden. Das erste Schlafzimmer ist im Keller mit einem fest stehenden und einem Klappbett beide Matratzen sind total übersät mit irgendwelchen ekelerregenden Flecken. Lichtschalter für eben genanntes Schlafzimmer befindet sich außerhalb im Flur, in den Ecken ist Schimmel und die Kissen riechen teilweise nach Erbrochenem. Das dazu gehörige Bad ist viel zu klein, auch dort hat sich Schimmel breit gemacht. In den Schlafzimmern im 1.OG das gleiche trostlose Bild wie im Keller. Ein Klappbett ist während unseres Aufenthaltes zu Bruch gegangen, auch nach mehrmaliger Beschwerde hat sich der Vermieter nicht die Mühe gemacht dies in Ordnung zu bringen. Die anderen Schlafgelegenheiten waren allesamt nur unzumutbar, verwohnte, ausgeleierte Couches zum ausziehen aus Kunstleder . Das ganze Haus wird wohl an Gäste vermietet und wie es aussieht ist es ganz egal wer die Gäste sind. Denn genau über uns im Appartement waren Gäste die von ihrem Balkon des Nachts auf unseren Balkon gekotzt haben. Fairerweise muss gesagt werden, das wenigstens dieses Abends beseitigt war. Der Balkon ist einfach nur gefährlich da die Holzbohlen am Boden entweder lose oder durchgebrochen waren. Das gleiche auch bei den Holzmöbeln. Latten fehlten oder waren durchgebrochen. Von den Polstern will ich gar nicht erst berichten denn da bot sich das gleiche Bild wie auf den Matratzen. Zum Schluss muss ich noch erwähnen das wir alle nicht die Menschen sind die immer und überall nach was Negativem suchen, ganz im Gegenteil. Aber nach langem gemeinsamen überlegen was es denn positives gibt kamen wir zu dem Schluss das es nur zwei positive Punkte gibt und das wäre die Lage unweit vom Plaza Espana und der nächsten U-Bahn. Sehr angenehm war auch das der nächste Supermarkt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite lag. Ansonsten könnte ich die Liste der Negativ Punkte noch endlos weiter führen, doch dafür würden die Buchstaben nicht reichen. Wer also Wert auf eine gepflegte saubere Wohnung legt in die er sich auch mal gerne zurück zieht nach einem langen Tag in dieser schönen Stadt, dem ist dringend zu empfehlen sich nach was anderem umzusehen. Die Wohnung hätte Potenzial, aber maximal für 6 Personen.
