About the property

2 BEDROOM APARTMENT IN FRONT OF PLAYA DEL INGLES WITH SEA

Our apartment (40 m2) has been recently renovated. The kitchen with induction hob with two fire, microwave and oven.

One bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m) and a wardrobe, and another bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) and a wardrobe. Bathroom with shower and washing machine, a living room with uns TV 32 'Full HD. Sat 19. Astra 2 and Hotbird 13 and WIFI. And a large table for 4 people. There is also a small terrace with a table and chairs and sea views. There is a shared swimming pool (just 12 apartments) and direct access to the promenade (Paseo Costa Canaria). The beach is only a few minutes walk, as well as restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shops, bus stop. We will gladly give you more information by email. Car not required

We really enjoyed to stay at apartment. It is not very big but quite enough space for four people.It was very, very clean, new furnished, good locatoin just in front of the seashore. There was all we need for feeling well even an sunumbrella was not missing.Mr. Juan was very kind and helpfull for us. We have got a hired car and never got trouble to find a parking space on the road near the house which costs 3 eur for the whole day.Definitely recomended!

It was a pleasure to stay here

The apartment was very clean and modern. The cook wear was of high quality., beds where very comfortable and the view and location was great. We didn’t want to go home and would recommend this apartment to any one. Thanks Anne and Mr Juan for everything.

A lovely position and a great place to stay for a holiday.

The apartment is cosy and comfortable with everything you need for a memorable holiday.

It is probably the second best apartment in the whole block. The balcony at the side has limited views of the sea but has the sun first thing in the morning so great for breakfast outside.

The small area at the top of the outside staircase gets the evening sun and it is lovely sitting here with a sundowner although there is no view to speak of. The other apartments lower down are in the shade much earlier.

We hired bikes for the week and locked them in the garden below when not in use.

The promenade along the front is directly accessible from the garden and we cycled for miles along it in both directions.

I don't think anybody would be disappointed staying here.

A very clean and tidy well appointed apartment

The apartment is very well appointed, clean and recently refurbished, the photos do not do it justice! it was everything we needed for a week away. Anne was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly, organised taxi's to and from the airport etc. I would recommend this apartment.

Modern,Clean.Ideal apartment

We stayed for eleven nights.We were picked up at the airport then met at the apartment by Mr Juan who explained everything we needed to know about the apartment.The apartment was well equipped and very nicely decorated.I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Gran Canaria.The view from the balcony across the sea is brilliant.Thanks to Anne and Mr Juan for everything.
