Tre View is a bright and modern one bedroomed, self contained annexe attached to the family home (sleeps 2-4) in the quiet village of Connor Downs. We are close to the picturesque harbour town of St Ives and only a 5 minute drive from the beach, perfect for surfing, soaking up the sunshine or taking a walk along the coastal paths enjoying the amazing views over St Ives Bay. There is ample parking at Tre View.


The double bedroom is positioned on the first floor at the front of the house. It has large fitted wardrobes and dressing table. Adjacent to the bedroom is a wc and washbasin.


The spacious bathroom, situated on the ground floor, is fully equipped with wc, electric shower and washbasin. There is also a washing machine fitted in the bathroom.

NB a new bathroom is being fitted in January 2017.


The galley style kitchen is situated on the first floor with views to St Ives. Fully equipped with electric oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, ironing board & iron.

Living Rooms:

The spacious and light lounge/dining area on the first floor is situated on the first floor, with views over to St Ives and the Towans. There is a very comfortable bed settee, flat screen TV/DVD and electric fire.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:

All bedding and towels are included in the price (with the exception of beach towels)



Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Oven, Washing Machine.

Central Heating, Internet Access, TV/DVD.


Suitable for those who can manage a flight of stairs.

With the annexe being mainly on the first floor, we loved the light and views that this afforded, making it an ideal place to relax in an evening.

We love living so close to the sea and enjoy walking to the beach and enjoying brunch at our favourite beach cafe.

Helpful owners of this holiday apartment suitable for a family. In a quiet location, the apartment is clean, well presented and well equipped. There are good local amenities and services and the apartment is an excellent centre for West Cornwall tourist attractions with a lovely stretch of golden sands only a short walk or drive away.

Really enjoyed the stay, the annex was clean and tidy and had everything I needed for the week.

I had a week in the annex whilst working in Camborne, really enjoyed staying there, great bedroom, kitchen and living room. Easy off road parking right by the door and Wifi worked really well too. Would recommend. Brilliant location near to some stunning coastline.

Clean, tidy and very accommodating

Christine was very pleasant and quick to respond as we booked the annexe as a last minute get away. The accommodation was clean, perfectly practical and its location was great for beaches, St. Ives and restaurants in Hayle.

Christine was also very accommodating when we had friends come to visit for a couple of days. Extra bedding was provided for the sofa bed and there was ample parking for a second car.

Overall we had a brilliant time and would definitely return again.

Lovely accomodation in great location

Christine was on hand when we arrived to show us round the accommodation and answer any questions we had on local facilities.

Accomodation was clean and spacious, situated in a small village close to Hayle and came with off road parking and all the comforts of home (washing machine, cooker, fridge, microwave etc).

Hayle is just over 1.5 miles away with shops, petrol stations and supermarkets. Penzance, St Ives and St Michaels mount were all within 15 to 20 minute drive. Venturing a further 10 minutes from Penzance gets you to the unique Minack Theatre at Porthcurno - definitely worth a visit.

Would definitely recommend as an excellent base for anyone looking to visit the area.

Everything perfect

The apartment was nice furnished and very clean. The owners were very accommodating , it was a joy to stay there and it was also the perfect starting point for wonderful walks on the Penwith Peninsula.
