Tre View is a bright and modern one bedroomed, self contained annexe attached to the family home (sleeps 2-4) in the quiet village of Connor Downs. We are close to the picturesque harbour town of St Ives and only a 5 minute drive from the beach, perfect for surfing, soaking up the sunshine or taking a walk along the coastal paths enjoying the amazing views over St Ives Bay. There is ample parking at Tre View.


The double bedroom is positioned on the first floor at the front of the house. It has been refurbished for the 2018 season.

It contains a oak wardrobe and chest of drawers. Adjacent to the bedroom is a wc and washbasin.


The spacious brand new bathroom is situated on the ground floor, it is fully equipped with wc, electric shower and washbasin.


The galley style kitchen is situated on the first floor with views to St Ives. Fully equipped with electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, ironing board & iron.

Living Rooms:

The spacious and light lounge/dining area on the first floor is situated on the first floor, with views over to St Ives and the Towans. There is a very comfortable bed settee, flat screen TV/DVD and electric fire.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:

All bedding and towels are included in the price (with the exception of beach towels)



Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher.

Central Heating, Internet Access, TV/DVD.


Suitable for those who can manage a flight of stairs.

Helpful owners of this holiday apartment suitable for a family. In a quiet location, the apartment is clean, well presented and well equipped. There are good local amenities and services and the apartment is an excellent centre for West Cornwall tourist attractions with a lovely stretch of golden sands only a short walk or drive away.

Perfect for our needs and will return. Turnpike pub up the road serves lovely food and very homely .

Ideal place and central for all our needs.

High standard of accommodation and lay out works beautifully.

Very helpful and welcoming owners.

Couldn't fault it at all.

Parking for one long car and come and go at your leisure.

We are familiar with surounding area so to find this place worked out really well for touring our favourite spots.

Great little, peaceful place to stay.

This place is absolutely lovely. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Fantastic view from the sitting room, beautiful sunsets. Location perfect - short walk to The Turnpike Inn that serves very good food at a reasonable price, plus the garage shop for essentials. Bus stop a minute away. Accommodation is done to a high standard, very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Perhaps a little radio would be good, and a full length mirror and bedroom clock. Otherwise great! Just had one little hiccup with the noisy kitchen fan (attached to the outer wall). It was very windy on arrival so the noise was constant. But, it was all sorted out, and taped up, within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend this property.

Really good

Nice,clean tidy and really good location. The couple that own it are really nice and thoughtful too. After eight hours of driving,we arrived to find the lights switched on (because it was getting late) and there was fresh milk in the fridge,coffee and tea also sugar. And some biscuits. The sheets and towels were top quality no expense spared. If we had any criticism it would be the bed,we found it lumpy and not very comfy. But really enjoyed the whole place and would like to return.

Warmly welcomed ,ideal location , everything we needed.

Easy booking and payment through HomeAway - Prior to arriving Christine the owner ,emailed me and introduced herself and offered to answer any questions I asked . On arrival we saw that the annexe was very very clean and comfortable . Bed was firm and comfortable and plenty of storage space in the bedroom .The sofa bed worked well for the 2 children and all bedding was very clean and fresh . Towel and t towels provided and they were of good quality . Kitchen had everything we needed even kitchen roll and foil. Milk ,tea and coffee was provided and a packet of biscuits . Bathroom was newly refurbished and was easy to keep clean and tidy. Bob and Christine were fantastic hosts and I would totally recommend them and this accommodation . The location was great for us not too far from St Ives and about 30 mins from Newquay . It was our first trip to Cornwall and won't be our last .
