Great home for three couples!

  • 4 of 5

Wonderful kitchen and porch area! However, there wasn't a hairdryer in any of the three bathrooms so we needed to purchase one. Also the bedrooms only had one flat pillow per person. Perhaps they need to replace these with new or additional pillows. The instructions requested all trash be bagged in 33 gallon garbage bags yet none were provided. This is the fourth VRBO we have stayed in but the only time we needed to buy a hairdryer, pillows, and garbage bags. Minor details but irritating and detracted from the glamour of the home.

Great place to stay in the Rockies.

  • 4 of 5

We had nine people (5 adults and 4 children) and the home was large enough for us. The views are great, and the home has very nice accommodations. It was fully equipped with linens, towels, dishes, etc. and it had three very nice bathrooms and bedrooms. The only negatives were that the kitchen appliances were somewhat dated, and there was no espresso machine as advertised.

Beautiful Home, a few surprises

  • 3 of 5

This is a beautiful home with an even better view. We enjoyed our stay, but there were a few surprises. The home definitely sleeps 6 comfortably. The other sleeping areas are questionable. The fold out couch downstairs has a very thin mattress, maybe a child could sleep there. We had to go in to town first night to buy an inflatable mattress. The couches upstairs are the same way. Lots of directions for the hot tub, but when we ran out of solution it said to put in after every use we called and were told we didn't need to do it. Water got cloudy after a few days. The place seemed nice and clean until my children found a few items in foot of bed left from previous renters. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and it is a great location.

Great family get away!!

  • 4 of 5

Overall it was a great experience for my family. We had 3 separate couples go and all had their own space and privacy. The views were a definite plus to our experience. There were a few downfalls to this place, we had an ongoing issue with the wifi not working, being that we went for Christmas we were u able to call/text our family back home without having to drive down the hill and towards town just to do so. Our second issue was we were unaware that it did not have a centralized heating system, so we were using radiator heaters, which were not necessarily safe for the young kids. Aside from those two thing we had no other issues or complaints. The cabin had just about everything one would need in the kitchen, enough towels, washer dryer, sheets/pillows and blankets etc. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends! It was a very relaxing and peaceful stay!

Beautiful, spacious, well decorated house within 5 minutes of Estes Park and nice views from the dec

  • 5 of 5

Had a great time with 3 couples. Big enough so each of us had our own floor, with our own bath and space. Kitchen was nicely set up with all of the tools, appliances, etc. Great decorating with lots of taxidermy and native american art. Within 5 minutes of Estes Park and 10 minutes of the national park. Great hike to Krueger Rock right across the street at Hermit Park. Hot tub was a great touch. Very nice views, but not of the snow capped mountains. Saw a few elk from the balcony. The place was clean and well kept.

The only suggestion I have for the owner or management company is to "beef up" the bathroom supplies. We only had one bar of hotel size soap in each bathroom and no shampoo or hair dryer in the place. Why not get one of those container for each shower wall with body wash and shampoo in it? $20 hair dryers would also be very useful.
