The entrance: with on the right a toilet (washbasin, urinal and WC). Then we enter the dining room (40m²) with fireplace and staircase leading upstairs. On the left the library lounge also with fireplace, on the right the kitchen (15m²) and laundry. All these rooms have French doors overlooking the paved terrace (160m²) with swimming pool (10x5) and the building that houses the summer shower and sauna.
UPSTAIRS
Bedroom 1: bed 2 people with a bathroom with shower, bidet and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: small room with 1 bed 1 place

OUTDOORS
Paved terrace: (160m²) large lime tree that gives shade to the stone table, at the bottom a canopy with hard barbecue, on the right the sauna and the pool (in use from May 15th to September 30th or more on request)

Land: fenced + hedge of trees, the rest of the land is grassed and mown regularly.
