About this property

The Cosi-Opera is an atypical apartment located in the historic center of Rennes close to all amenities and tourist and cultural highlights of the city. This calm and bright little cocoon has a double mezzanine comprising a bedroom with a 200x200 bed and a bathroom with bathtub on the upper levels. A large living room dedicated to music opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for a tourist getaway or a transition period.
The apartment, located on the 6th floor without elevator, is at your disposal, as well as all of its equipment.
When you arrive, I will be there to welcome you, introduce you to the premises and give you the keys.
You will have at your disposal tea, coffee and infusions as well as bath towels.
For long term rentals, cleaning and change of linen is done once a week.
