Holiday apartment is located in Rovinjsko Selo, just 7 km (10 minutes drive) from beautiful town of Rovinj. The small village where the house is positioned (Rovinj Village) is practically a suburb of the city of Rovinj. In the area of Rovinj and Rovinjsko Selo there are three marked biking trails for recreational bikers. Many attractive cultural and natural sights can be encountered while biking on these trails. All tracks are adapted to recreationists and what makes them interesting is the numerous attractive cultural and natural sites you come across while biking. In addition to bikers, the tracks are used by recreationists for hiking recreational walking, jogging, strolls, etc.
Modern House consists of two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with shower and wc, a living room with sofa bed (can be also used as sleeping facility for 1 person), a kitchen with all necessary cooking facilities, fridge, microwave oven, kettle and coffee machine. It equipped with all modern conveniences: air condition, flat screen TV with satellite channels, internet, washing machine. The House offers private garden with patio and barbecue facilities. Covered parking is possible on site. Pets are on request (only small dogs up to 7 kg).

Built upon a rich fishermen’s tradition, it has become distinctive for its unique boat called batana and its songs bitinada.
