This apartment is in the autumn of 2014 newly built on the ground floor of a small, secluded apartment complex. Within walking distance of the slopes with a ski school and connection to the popular Katschberg! Previously, a bar / restaurant and has been replaced by two apartments for 10 persons which, moreover, as one apartment for 20 people hired can worden.St. Margarethen is a small village and really perfect for families. As this apartment is also equipped and offers enough space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the whole family.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Het appartement is nieuw en modern ingericht. Ziet er echt schitterend uit. Handig ook 2 badkamers en 2 wc's . Keuken ook voorzien van alles wat je maar nodig hebt. I.v.m. de trap (3 tredes) voor de voordeur van het complex en de hoge drempel van de gang naar het appartement is het voor rolstoelers niet geschikt. Het terras wat er aan de voorkant is gemaakt ligt echt prachtig met mooi uitzicht over groene weides.
