Set in a central location within the golden triangle, not overlooked, with beautiful views over the horizon and the sea this traditional countryside private villa retains its rural character while providing its guests with modern comforts and amenities. It is spacious inside and outside, well decorated with many historic bits and pieces. The thick stonewalls and huge flagstone floors ensure the interior is cool even in the hottest months but there are a number of fans in the house should the need arise.

Outdoors, this villa boasts a generous size swimming pool (heated on demand) of 11 x 5 meters. Enough sun loungers for everyone to enjoy the glorious Sunshine, which by the way hits the pool area all day long. A children playground and table football is available for the entertainment of the guests as is a lovely shaded charcoal BBQ area complete with 2 tables and plenty of chairs.

Indoors there are 6 bedrooms in total, 4 bedrooms on the ground floor (2 doubles, 2 singles) and 2 bedrooms on the first floor (1 double and 1 twin).

• Changeover days are flexible. • Maid service is either 2, 3 or 5 times per week depending on the needs of the clients and size of the group. Linen is changed once per week and towels are changed twice a week. • Check-in at 4pm, check-out at 10am. These hours may be flexible depending on the previous and next bookings. • All utility bills are included in the rental price for short-term lets. Perfect for a Family Holiday

We stayed at Quinta da llda Villa in June 2016 for a family celebration.

The villa was perfect for a large group (there were 13 of us) with lots of space and the communal areas were large and comfortable.

The villa is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV.

We particularly enjoyed eating in the outside area and made full use of the BBQ.

The pool is good size and the table tennis table, foosball and small football area provided lots of entertainment for my family. Not to mention the hammock offering an incredibly comfortable quiet space to do some holiday reading.

In terms of location, once we had found the villa it was well located 5 minutes (in a car) from Loule and 10 minutes from the beaches of Quarteira and Villamoura .(Also 5 minutes from some excellent golf courses and a great waterpark)

Jenny the villa manager was very helpful and was able to offer loads of recommendations for some excellent local restaurants.

The only draw backs to this villa was you definitely need a car to get about as although the local town of Almancil has loads of restaurants and supermarkets you do need to drive to them.

Otherwise a perfect holiday and a great villa.

Prachtige woning met heerlijk zwembad

Heerlijke week gehad met de hele familie - 10 volwassenen, 3 kinderen en 3 baby's. Zeer genoten van het mooie zwembad en het overdekte terras buiten. De villa is groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer gastvrij ontvangen door Jenny en de dames die het huis schoonmaakten. Wat problemen gehad met het elektrische hek en de waterdruk, er werd steeds aan gewerkt om dat op te lossen. Helaas weinig warm water in de douches.

Een auto is wel echt een must om zaken als de supermarkt en de zee te bezoeken.

This villa is very close to some of the best beaches in the area, all the amenities of places such as Vilamoura, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago – tennis, golf, horse riding, go karting, water park (Aquashow) and water sports. Restaurants/supermarkets and the local fish and vegetable markets are all easily accessible and for the more adventurous – bars and nightclubs are also located nearby making this villa a great base for a larger group who seek a tranquil place to stay while still being close to the action.
