Penthouse Holiday in Caleta

We are a couple in our 50s, we spent a week here.

Property as described. Location perfect, fab views right on the beach, wonderful private terrace with plenty of furniture.

The property was clean and well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of towels and bedding.

Friendly welcome from Manolo who picked us up at the airport without any probs and Valentina was lovely, showing us into the apartment even though we arrived in the early hours, nothing was a problem. Also good service with transport back to the airport.

Great location for the beach, plenty of supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Bars and restaurants all within a few minutes walk also close to bus and taxi.

Lovely walk along the beach to Torre del Mar, about 2 miles away. Taxi to Nerja 25 Euros, definitely worth a visit.

Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for total relaxation in a peaceful location with all amenities on the doorstep.

appartement aan zee met verouderde inventari

mooi uitzicht op zee, ruim appartement, de naam penthouse (zoals op de site is aangegeven) is echter niet op z'n plaats, inventaris sterk verouderd en deels niet te gebruiken, zonnestoelen op terras beide gebroken (eigenaresse heb ik dat laten zien, maar deze heeft geen nieuwe laten leveren), tafel en zitstoelen terras (uit medio 1965) waren overgeschilderd, bedden bestaan niet zoals gebruikelijk uit onderstel met matras maar soort camping bed, heel mooi zwembad op ca. 10 min lopen bleek geen zonnestoelen/bedden te hebben en moest je dus vanuit je appartement zelf meenemen (kon bij ons dus niet want, die waren niet te gebruiken), tv functioneerde niet (na aanmelding is dit enkele dagen later iemand komen verhelpen), tv bijna uitsluitend arabische-zenders met daarnaast CNN en Euro News / maar geen enkele sportzender, zelfs geen Eurosport ook geen BBC, WDR, en/of andere Europese zenders). Appartement was heel schoon opgeleverd. Kortom: heel mooi uitzicht, ruim terras, sterk verouderde inrichting. Reden voor ons om daar een volgende keer niet meer naar toe te gaan. Bovenstaande gebreken kunt u als klacht behandelen aangezien e.e.a. heeeel gebrekkig was of zelf kapot en dus niet bruikbaar. nb ben benieuwd wat en hoe er met deze recensie/klacht door u zal worden omgegaan. NB ik hoop van harte dat de woning (Casa Canela) die ik bij u boekte voor 30.04.2017 – 07.05.2017 Lanzarote (8 volwassenen en 2 kinderen ) een betere inventaris heeft dan bovenstaande.

Owner's Response: Det er en beskeden lejlighed, meget ren, med stor havudsigt 180 grader, en privilegeret beliggenhed på stranden fiskeri på gaden og alle faciliteter (butikker ...) gåtur. Et gulv til dem, der ønsker at opleve den populære Andalusien ved havet, ingen andre krav. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It is a modest apartment, very clean, with great sea views 180 degrees, a privileged location on the beach fishing in the street and all amenities (shops ...) walk. A floor for those who want to experience the popular Andalusia by the sea, no other claims. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Es un piso modesto, muy limpio, con grandes vistas al mar en 180º, una situación privilegiada a pie de playa en plena calle de pescadores y con todos los servicios ( tiendas ... ) a pie. Un piso para quien quiera vivir la experiencia de la Andalucía popular al borde del mar, sin otras pretensiones.

Stor lejlighed på 3.sal med elevator. Skøn terrasse med pragtfuld havudsigt og sol fra 9 - 20 selv i oktober.

50 skridt fra elevator og du står i vandkanten.

Nous avons passe de tres bonnes vacances a Caleta de Velez! La description correspond tout a fait a la location ,les proprietaires sont tres aimables. L'appartement est propre, la terasse est superbe! Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location ou nous allons surement revenir!

Vacaciones de Semana Santa 2015

Mi estancia, durante las pasada Semana Santa 2015, en el ático localizado en la costa de Vélez-Málaga ha sido muy gratificante. Lo descrito en el anuncio de dicho apartamento es totalmente cierto y se cumplieron sobradamente mis expectativas de pasar unos días de descanso y relax en dicha zona costera de Málaga. Los servicios mínimos del apartamento eran suficientes y acordes para pasar esos días de ocio. Es una zona muy recomendable para quien guste de tranquilidad, playa, paseo o simplemente desconectar de las grandes ciudades. Atentamente, Goyo Pastor.
