Wonderful stay in London in a great flat in a perfect location

We had a wonderful experience with our hosts, Myles and Emma. From the start they were friendly and helpful, and continued to be so throughout our stay. This flat was perfect for our family of four. We lived in London for many years so were not coming as tourists -- it was quiet and in a perfect location -- easily walkable to the underground and so all the shops and restaurants in South Ken. The flat was clean and bed comfortable. Our children said the pull-out sofa beds were also very comfortable. Because they didn't have other guests on our arrival or departure days Myles and Emma let us check in a bit early and leave a bit late, which was super helpful as well. All in all a great value and fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you guys!

Roomy flat in great neighborhood

We stayed in this flat in South Kensington for 10 days in May. The owners, Myles and Emma, were great to work with. It is a basement flat with some windy steps going down from the gate, and the flat could use a little TLC as happens with well used homes. But the bed was truly a king sized bed and comfortable. The flat was roomy and even though located in a busy neighborhood, the bedroom was very quiet. There were all the amenities you would need. The neighborhood was awesome! Restaurants, groceries, bus lines, tube stops, churches, all within a few blocks and it felt very safe. We really enjoyed our time in this flat and in London!

Fantastic location!

The location is fantastic! There are so many places nearby to eat and buy groceries, and we felt safe to walk around the area - even in the evening. The owners, Myles and Emma, are very nice and wonderful to communicate with. They gave explicit instructions to access the flat and we had no issues, everything went smoothly for our stay. The flat was spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the use of the washer and dryer, it was really nice to have two bathrooms, and a very comfortable king sized bed.

Great place and fabulous location!!!

The place was very nice, clean and comfortable. And the location just can't be beat. 3 min to tube and walking distance to several museums and nice pubs and restaurants. Host was super nice and helpful. It does have steps to entrance below street level if that is an issue for anyone. Kitchen is small but perfectly adequate. We did cook one night with no problem. Didn't watch TV, but made use of Wifi. We would definitely stay here again!!

great location, comfortable flat

It's a lovely flat, and was very nice to have two bathrooms. The owners are very responsive to any of our needs. Be prepared for a spiral staircase to get down to the front door. We love the location in Kensington, close to the tube, and several museums, restaurants, etcetera
