About Frank May
I have loved world travels entire life though as father of 8 kids, having 3 in the past 3 years, our movements have been more limited of late. I am an entrepreneur and business owner, lover of history, plants, nature, my faith, philosophy, and my family. We love Chattanooga for too many reasons to list, but also cherish variety and the beauty so many places in the world have to offer. As hosts, my wife is home alot with our 3 Littles (and 5 not so Littles in the summer) during the day, and we live on the same property as our offering. So you will find us responsive and accommodating and eager to share the treasures of our town and learn the treasures of your own. We know the trails, many waterfalls, parks, restaurants, and attractions of Chattanooga quite well and are willing to be a resource for our guests, offering an intimate knowledge of the area. As a traveler, on business I tend to work, read and rest if I can, and prefer to travel with associates or family when I can. As a vacationer, I am eager to share and celebrate the diversity of creation and humanity with my family and to give them an explorers heart, a warmth for difference, and a bit of zeal for travel too. I prefer National Parks to cities, but cities carry their own attraction. I prefer mountains to beaches, forests to fields, and local to corporate or suburban.

Why Frank May chose Lookout Valley Neighborhood Association
This was an old trailer park. We saw great potential for it, as a gem of a natural setting so incredibly close to the city. We offer a natural escape right on Lookout by the beautiful city of Chattanooga with unique and modern rustic comfort for the perfect mountain side stay.
Dogs allowed with 25 dollar pet fee.
Minimum age of primary renter:21

We were in town for a few days of hiking. This tiny house was close to great hiking on Lookout Mountain and it was also a short drive to downtown restaurants. The hot tub felt good at the end of the day. Nearby train may be a problem if you are a light sleeper. It was not a problem for us!
Just what we wanted and hoped for.
Incredibly welcoming property! Is very accurate to the page's descriptions and did not cease to impress. Cozy and well furnished inside and out.
Great weekend getaway!
It’s small but cozy. Close to everything. Has everything you need! I would stay again.
Relaxing quick trip!
My son and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. :)
Convenient and clean
The property was nice, clean and conveniently located; the bed was amazingly comfortable! If you don’t mind train rumblings, then it’s the perfect place to stay!
My wife and I were looking forward to a quick getaway in a clean, safe place. This cabin was more than expected and wonderfully furnished and maintained. Truly enjoyed our time and will definitely return. Close to Chattanooga, but away from any congestion. Access to Ruby Falls and the incline is near. Looking forward to our return visit.
