2 bedroom, 2 bath, sea glimplse, close to the beach.

Flat 5 is a larger than average (1000 sq ft) bright and modern, first floor apartment set in its own grounds with sea glimpses from the balcony.

The apartment is less than 100 yards from the award winning blue flag beach and with great access to Bournemouth, Poole and Purbeck.

The flat will have been professionally cleaned, beds made up for you and a full compliment of bath and beach towels for your use.

We have a range of beach toys and body-boards for your use. Additionally, there are 5 bicycles in the garage for your use but pleas bring helmets and any lights you may want. there are cycle lanes and paths for the younger ones and cycling to Bournemouth and beyond is possible but time restrictions limit riding to early morning and dusk in the summer.

Great flat, close to beach

The flat was great for our needs, communication with the owner was fantastic, and everything was in order when we arrived. We had no problems with the flat during our stay, as it is equipped with everything we needed.

Sandbanks is an expensive area, and you are right in the middle of it here. There are not many places to eat or drink, and they can be expensive compared to other areas. However being able to walk to the beach, the ferries to Studland Bay and Brownsea Island made this an ideal location. I would recommend the Shell Bay Restaurant, a very short walk on the other side of the chain ferry. Good atmosphere, views and relaxed staff and excellent food made this the best meal out of the week. The crazy golf near the beach was also a firm favourite, one of the best courses we have been on.

Lovely flat, great location, perfect for our young family.

Nicely appointed flat, clean and tidy, lots of good things provided (beach towels, bikes, toys etc.), nice big sofas, decent shower, really comfortable beds, in a FANTASTIC location for the beach, easy to walk to with 2 and 3 year old. Excellent communication from owners, answering all our questions very promptly. Highly recommended, and we are thinking of booking again next year - thank you for a lovely stay!

Only one small niggle - could do with replacing some of the cutlery / crockery as some were a little thin on the ground (only 3 eggcups, only 4 teaspoons), but that may just be because the people before us broke a load of stuff.

Ideal apartment

We, a family of 5 (children 7, 4 & 4 months), had a fantastic week in Sandbanks with 5 Sandhills as our base. The apartment is spacious, airy, clean, and had everything we needed for our weeks holiday. The location is brilliant being 3 minutes walk to/from the beach. Its even nicer than the photos suggest. The kids absolutely loved it.

We have had a fantastic time at the apartment. It is brilliantly located for the amazing sandbanks beaches. We were very pleased with the apartment and without a doubt we will be back again. Both spacious and well equipped, offering everything we needed. The beach is in walking distance, so no need to pack the kids into the car each day. Great communication from the owner.

Close to the beach, huge and very clean

We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped and very clean apartment. It is located close to the beach (3 min walk with 3 kids), well sized and very quite. The owner was supportive and responded to questions promtly.

If you intend to use the ferry that is close by multiple times there is a discount if you buy a 10 pass ticket.

Stunning! Exceeded expectations.

We were absolutely delighted with this apartment. The room sizes were very generous, the decor lovely. Every possible thing had been thought of, right down to fishing nets, buckets and spades, how to use every piece of equipment and beautifully clean. Three minute walk to a beautiful beach, 8 minute walk to the ferry across to Brownsea Island which is beautiful. This place is a little jewel and we would highly recommend it.
