About the property

Ideally located in a small secure residence of 3 buildings of 4 floors each, slightly back from the promenade, with a beautiful sea view and Cap d'Antibes.

Small shops nearby, market Tuesdays and Thursdays, the large shopping center Cap 3000 is 5 minutes by car.

Many restaurants all along the promenade and on the beaches.

The apartment is a 3-room apartment of 71 m2, located on the first floor, with elevator.

Both terraces are equipped with prelates and electric blinds.

The air conditioning, installed in the main room, can refresh all the rooms.

Distribution of parts:

The entrance with a large mirrored cabinet and the door of the electronic mirror also.

On the left, the first bedroom with a 160cm bed, two bedside tables, a dresser and a mirror closet. The window is a bull's eye opening on both sides.

Then, facing the entrance, is the bathroom with a sink, a bath, a toilet, a washing machine. The window is an ox's eye.

To the right of the entrance, access to the living room, with the kitchenette on the left, the living room on the right and the dining room overlooking the terrace with sea view.

Between the kitchenette and the dining room, the door of the second bedroom with its bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and its private terrace. It is equipped with a 140 bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a television.

The living room is equipped with a sofa bed fabric, a coffee table, two armchairs, a library with flat screen TV and a mini-chain.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge / freezer.

We are in the sea, close to a small fishing port, 10 minutes walk from the racecourse, between Nice and Antibes.

Many restaurants and bars with prices for every budget line the boardwalk, six of them are on the beach.

Multiplace Bicycle rentals are also available on the promenade.

The region is rich in museum: Matisse, Renoir, Picasso etc ...

Sports activities are varied because of our situation.

Water activities, hiking, horseback riding, cycling.

The middle and high mountains are close.

Italy, for the highway or the sea, is readily available.

The town of Cagnes offers on the summer many activities and musical entertainment.

Appartement immediatement au bord de la mer, accueillant, bien équipé

Propriétaire sympathique, a l'écoute et disponible. Équipement conforme à la description donnée. Proximité des commerces et des transports. Toutes ces caractéristiques on fait qu'on a passé un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons volontier.
