Ideally located in a small residence of 3 buildings with 4 floors each, slightly off the promenade, with a nice sea view and Cap d'Antibes.

Small shops, market on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the largest shopping center Cap 3000 is 5 minutes by car.

Many restaurants along the promenade and beaches.

The apartment is a 3-room of 71 m2, located on the first floor, with elevator.

The two terraces are equipped with prelates and electrically operated blinds.

Air conditioning installed in the main room can refresh any room.
