This completely in 2015 new built Chalet is in a quiet and central location on a side road of Zell am See's well-known Schmittenstrasse. Between the Zeller Bergbahn, Schmittenhöhe bahn and Sonnalmbahn. You can ski down (Nord-Schmittenhöhe slope) to within 50 metres of the chalet and you can get on your skis just 200 metres away or take the ski bus to the lift, which picks up just 70 metres away. The town and the lake is just a ten-minute walk away.
Your apartment is on the 3rd floor and is a true penthouse thanks to its location and view. You have a large living room with a modern open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the large roof terrace you have a great view of the surrounding mountains and of the beautiful lake itself.

Mooi en nieuw appartement van alle luxe voorzien Bij aankomst waren bedden op gemaakt en had de eigenaresse een doos chocolaatjes op de tafel gelegd!
Koffie filters en vaatwastabletten waren in de keuken aanwezig. Een minpuntje was dat er weinig pannen aanwezig waren voor een gezin met drie kinderen
