Bright apartment on the 2nd floor in a small residence located in the district of gardeners, completely renovated and designed for 2/4 people.

Conveniently located 10 minutes walk from the historic center, 15 minutes walk from Colmar Train Station and close to the A35 motorway access.

It consists of a bedroom with a bed of 160 cm, ensuite bathroom with shower, a fully equipped modern kitchen open to a large living room with convertible sofa 140cm. Separate toilet. Washing machine available. Terrace with view accessible from bedroom and living room.

Ideal to discover our beautiful region without forgetting our traditional Christmas Markets that start in COLMAR end of November!

Bike path to town at the foot of the building. Parking is available in front of the residence, possibility of parking in the basement.

All shops.

Children welcome, no smoking rental, Small dogs allowed on request.

Enjoy a quiet stay with many possible activities: museums, hiking in the Vosges, wine villages (the famous wine route)

Easy access to Strasbourg, Mulhouse, Freiburg but also in Germany and Basel in Switzerland.

Fabulous location, lovely apartment

Absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is clean and bright, and the open plan layout makes the best use of space. Twelve minute walk into beautiful Colmar, and loads of riverside / country walking in the opposite direction. Ten minutes walk to a great SuperU supermarket, ten minute walk to the train Station for trains to Strasbourg, Basel and beyond.

The balcony overlooks a very small and quiet road, the other side of which is a river full of wildlife. There was a beaver family right opposite who gave us hours of enjoyment, plus swans, moorhens, ducks, herons, turtles and jumping fish. We loved just sitting and watching.

The only downside (hence four stars instead of five) was that the balcony awning wasn’t working. As the balcony faces West, and it was incredibly sunny and hot, there were times we couldn’t sit out.

Would we return? In a heartbeat! Highly recommended for an extremely relaxing holiday, with loads to do nearby if you want to.

Appartement super sympa, équipé tout comme chez soi.. Sa situation exceptionnelle en fait une base de départ idéale pour découvrir l'alsace ainsi que tous ces petits villages. Propriétaire discret et a l'écoute. A recommander.

Ein gelungene Unterkunft!

Uns erwartete eine großzügige Unterkunft mit einem schönen Ausblick auf ein schönes Panorama der Vogesen (was man durch die großzügigen Fenster im besonderen Maße genießen konnte). Auch das kleine Flüßchen ist eine wunderbare Oase in der man die diversen Tiere beobachten kann (vor allem die sehr entspannt wirkenden Nutrias).

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und sehr hell. Aber vor allem recht ruhig gelegen, aber in fußläufiger Weite in die Innenstadt und das Viertel 'Petit Venise'.

Ausgestattet mit allem Komfort (zeitgemäß modern) und in ausreichender Größe für 2 Erwachsene und ggfs. bis zu 2 Kindern.

Die Sauberkeit, sowie der Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters Herrn Wipf kann man nur als vorbildlich bezeichnen!

Was wir hier vorfanden war rundum sehr zufriedenstellend und wir werden bestimmt gerne wieder kommen.

rundum zufrieden

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Räüme sind freundlich hell und erfüllen ihren Zweck ganz ausgezeichnet. Am schönsten war der Balkon bei herrlichem Wetter. Nach Südwesten gelegen haben wir am späten Nachmittag oder Abend uns dort von den Unternehmungen des Tages ausgeruht und recht oft gegessen. Man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblich auf die Lauch, die gegenüberliegende Gärterei einige Dächer, dem Wasserturm bis zu den Vogesen. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr ruhig. Von Nachbarn merkte man fast gar nichts. Die Zoilettenbrille könnte etwas bequemer sein.
