Beach View is located in the beautiful Wellington Crescent, a famous Regency terrace directly facing Ramsgate's seafront.
Beach View is located on the East Cliff of Ramsgate, on Wellington Crescent over looking the sea. The apartment is arranged over two floors. The Kitchen, Living area, downstairs W/C and utility room are located on the first level of the apartment. On the top floor there are three bedrooms and the bathroom. The first bedroom is a single room, the second room can be made up as a double or two singles, both these bedroom have the most amazing sea views looking across the channel. The third bedroom is the master bedroom with ensuite, so there is plenty of room for the whole family. The bathroom is also located on the top floor with both a bath and a large separate cubicle and WC.
Down stairs is an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, all newly renovated to an extremely high standard. The kitchen is had all the mod cons including dishwasher, the apartment has high speed wifi and separate W/C and utility area with washing machine and separate sink.
Beach View has it very own telescope so you can make the most of those spectacular views over the channel.
Ramsgate is a fabulous British seaside town. It sits below Broad stairs on the coast and north of Broad stairs is Margate. The whole area is called the Isle of Thanet.
This beautiful corner of Kent has amazing sandy beaches and often gets stunning weather when the rest of the county of Kent is experiencing less than perfect conditions.
Ramsgate is a perfect mix of Broad stairs and Margate in that it has a great mlx of people whom are all very passionate about the area and a splendid array of amazing architectural delights.

Deposits are non-refundable and represent 30% of the booking. If your arrival date is more than 8 weeks away we will ask for a 30% deposit and then the balance payment 8 weeks before your arrival. Once the balance has been paid you are liable for the entire cost of your stay in the property. If you cancel within the 8 week period we will endeavour to re-let the property. However, if we cannot re-let the property you remain liable for the entire cost of your stay. If re-let, you will be refunded 70% of the total cost. Security deposits are a £250 pre authorisation, this is a shadow on your card in case of any damage is incurred to the property. If damage is caused to the property, you will be informed of the damage and the cost and your card will be charge to cover the cost of the damage.
