Fantastic town house is Pollensa with contemporary style interior and superb outdoor space and very large garden and grounds. Stone tiled swimming pool 8m x 3.6m. Sun terraces and private garden with parking for 3 or 4 cars. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms plus 2 separate wc, ideal position only a few minutes walk to main square, air conditioning, WiFi.

This super recently renovated townhouse is situated in the historic old town of Pollensa, the house is a 5 min walk from the fabulous main square with all its pavement cafe bars, restaurants & shops on your door step. The house has been fully reformed by it´s current owners using the best materials and giving a smart contemporary feel. You can enter the property from the street and there is a utility area to your right housing the washing machine and dryer. The house is open plan with a galley style kitchen leading to a dining area and then the sitting area which has a large flat screen tv and satellite decoder. There are folding glass doors to the rear of the property which can be opened fully to give the rear of the house an open aspect to the outside terracing, swimming pool and garden.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a double with en-suite bathroom and twin which can use the family bathrooms that is next to it. Up to the second floor and there is a another double bedroom which has a small cloakroom with wc and hand basin. The bath / shower rooms for this bedroom is also the family bathroom on the floor below. The house is a blend of modern features and facilities with some more traditional furniture and fabrics used to add character.

The unique element of this house is the huge garden area of around 1 acre together with the ease of parking which is difficult to find in the old town of Pollensa, The garden is peace and tranquility in the hub of the village with all amenities on your door step.

Lovely townhouse in the centre of the lovely town of Pollença.

Contemporary town house with a lovely garden ,, terrace and pool. We had a lovely week. Lounging during the day and wandering around the delightful streets of Pollença at night.
