City Centre Liverpool With Mersey Views. Located in the Docklands

The Town House is a large, two double bedroomed apartment in the city centre with views of the River Mersey.The Liverpool 1 shopping area and the Albert Dock are within walking distance.

There is an en suite shower room to the master bedroom and a further bathroom.The second bedroom can be configured as a super kingsized double or 2 single beds. The large lounge /dining room has a sunny balcony with views of the river, the Leeds Liverpool Canal and the Wirral. There is a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer. There is free, secure parking and wi-fi. It is available on a short term or a weekly basis and there are reductions for monthly or longer stays. Please contact for details.

Please note, The Town House is located in a peaceful area, yet close to the centre. It is suitable for tourists and family groups, but not for Stag and Hen parties.

If the Town House is only booked for 2 people, there will only be one bedroom made up. If you require 2 bedrooms, please book for 4 people.

There is a real buzz about Liverpool. It is a vibrant, exciting city full of culture and great places to visit. The Town House is in the centre of things, yet quiet. Watch the ships sail by from the sunny balcony, or take a stroll to the Liverpool One shopping area, with shops, restaurants, a cinema and lots more. The Albert Dock and the museum of Liverpool Life are within walking distance too, as is the ferry port for the iconic 'Ferry Across the Mersey.'

Nice quiet apartment

The apartment is located in a quiet area about 15-20 minutes walk from Liverpool 1. Two decent bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom. It is properly furnished, and has a small balcony with a view. It certainly lived up to our expectations. We'll be back for our next visit.

PS. Try the greek restaurant just outside the gates, it proved to be very nice too.

Well equipped and maintained property in an ideal location. Great view across the Mersey and within walking distance of all the attractions Liverpool has to offer. Could not find any faults with this property. Would highly recommend.

nothing but amazing words to say

Lynne you've been amazing and your flat is spectacular. Coming over on the day of our daughters wedding to sort out our misunderstanding of the hot water was so kind. You've helped to make my first trip to England unforgettable with such a comfortable perfect place to rest my head after every long day of touring around. With such an amazing view watching the boats through the Mersey.

I would recommend your flat to anyone visiting or just wanting some time away from home and hope to be visiting again soon.

Lovely House at Liverpool Docks

House was wonderful. It is a beautiful and lovely place close to central Liverpool. Being situated in Docks area lets you have a beautiful view if ships in the Mersey River. House is well equipped and very well kept. Will love to visit again very soon.

Immaculate, well stocked & close to the action

Arrived at the property - very clean, well stocked and really comfortable bedding. Felt very relaxed. Can walk into city centre within 20-25 mins but taxi's only £4. Views over the Mersey were lovely - nice to sit out on the balcony. Would certainly visit again.....

The perfect apartment!!

The apartment was bigger than it look like on the web...2 large room, 2 bathroom..a big living room with an open kitchen ( quite big also) It was very clean, everything was provide, even hairdryer , umbrella, coffee, the, fresh milk...the decoration and furniture are very nice! We found a lot of informations about the city at all arrival...The owner Lynn is a very nice person , very helpful and flexible...it takes 30 minutes walk to go to the city center which is very pleasant during the day...the area is very safe and quite! i recommend totally this apartment !

This is a quiet but city centre location,situated on Liverpool's waterfront near the Malmaison and Thistle Hotels. A stroll along the waterfront will bring you to the Seacat Ferry port for Ireland and the Isle of Man links, and the Mersey Ferries for the iconic 'Ferry, Cross the Mersey' boatride. Continue along to the Albert Dock area for restaurants and bars,or the tourist attractions of the Beatles' Museum, the Maritime Museum, the Tate or the Liverpool Museum of Life .From here you can hop on to the Liverpool Duck Tour or take an open air bus ride of the city. The Liverpool 1 shopping centre can be easily reached with it's great selection of shops, bars, restaurants and cinema. The Liverpool Echo Arena is close enough to walk to, but not too close for the ear.
