About the property

3 bedroom apartment overlooking the bay of Porto Colom.

Apartment located on first floor of an exclusive building of six owners. Consists of 110 m2 living distributed in a hall, a double room and two bedrooms with two single beds each, airy and lighted balcony. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one bath. A fully equipped kitchen with American bar and a small pantry area with laundry. A spacious, comfortable and bright living room direct access to the terrace overlooking the bay of Porto Colom.

All rooms have wall cabinet. The windows and doors are double glazed. Air conditioning for the warm days. It has a private parking outdoor. Guests are provided with bath towels and linens.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ja aus der Beschreibung ersichtlich, die Ausstattung ist besser als zu vermuten war - selbst ambitionierte Köche finden fast alle Geräte vor.

Da bei unserem Aufenthalt das Wetter nicht besonders war erwies sich der offene Kamin als wirklich angenehm - auch wenn die Preise für Kaminholz im Supermarkt etwas hoch sind.

Der Eigentümer erwies sich in einer nächtlichen "Krisensituation" als wahrer Schatz: innerhalb weniger Minuten (!) war er vor Ort und löste das Problem mit einer Hilfskraft - haben so etwas noch selten erlebt - bravo.

Eine klare Empfehlung.

The apartment is especially suitable for families and couples, given that is located in a matchless and privileged place in frontline overlooking the bay waters.

Just 400 m from the beach of Cala Marcal. Furthermore you can easily walk to all amenities such as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, hairdressers, medical assistance, bus and taxi, diving school ...

Porto Colom is a quiet fishing port at which you can see the fishermen mending their nets on the dock. It offers great restaurants beside seafront. You will find small and beautiful beaches of white sand like Cala Marcal, El Arenal, on which they can enjoy the sun and great chiringuitos. S'Algar a virgin rock calita with algae. A few kms away are the superb unspoilt beaches of Cala Sa Nau and Cala Mitjana.

It is an ideal location for all kinds of water activities such as sailing, diving, fishing site, ... using the facilities of its marina. You can also enjoy long walks around the bay of Porto Colom on foot, by bicycle or practicing jogging. In these walks will find the townspeople walking and doing chat on the terraces of their houses.

Just 10 minutes drive you can reach the Club de Golf Valld'or. About 15 min drive the tourist resort of Cala D'Or where you will find one of the best shopping area with many fashion boutiques, gift, shoes and accessories, restaurants. pubs, etc .
