Perfect stay

This very nice apartment is exactly as described; the photos are 100 percent accurate. Our stay with three adults and two kids went off without a hitch; we were met exactly as promised, and after we left the deposit was returned promptly. In short, it is very professionally run. The location is outstanding and the apartment has been very tastefully updated including new kitchen and bathroom features. The furnishing is very nice: appealing and functional with no clutter whatsoever. The apartment also was spotless. We definitely will try to stay here again. It is an excellent value.

Would stay again!

This is a very nice apartment in a perfect location within walking distance to the metro, restaurants, shopping and many tourist attractions.The stairway is a little narrow so we left our luggage on the 1st floor. There is no air conditioning so it tends to get very warm even though there are fans throughout. The street is quiet except for the occasional moped/motorcycle. The shower was wonderful and a decent size, but we didn't like the fact that the toilet had its own space. We found these to be minor flaws and would definitely stay again in a cooler climate. This property is in the 6th arrondisement which seemed to be a higher class neighborhood with high end shopping and structures which we loved

Enjoyed our stay in the 6th!

This was a perfect apartment for our group of 3. It was a great location, so close to everything! We walked most everywhere with my 78 year old mother. Would stay again! Thank you!

Springtime in Paris

A wonderful apartment in the heart of Saint Germain des pres. Within walking distance to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, the metro and bus stops. Two blocks off the Seine river which is an easy stroll and if feeling adventerous you can also walk to Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, Latin Quarter and many more.The apartment is perfect with 2 bedrooms upstairs with the bathroom and downstairs fully equipped kitchen and also a washer and dryer. The staircase is a bit tight to haul up luggage, but no big deal. I would highly recommend Patrick's apartment and would stay here again.

With the Place Saint Germain des Prés also very close, renowned meeting point with restaurants and bars (les Deux Magots, le Café de Flore…), not forgetting the many boutiques on the Boulevard Saint Germain and the excellent shopping centre of ‘Le Bon Marché’.
