The location is absolutely perfect. Place was great, and has everything you might need - full kitchen, etc. Bedrooms are huge, with beautiful old wooden ceilings. Highly recommended!

Perfect apartment for exploring Paris

Our family (husband and I, 2 small kids) stayed here for a week and found it to be the ideal place from which to explore all Paris has to offer. The location is amazing - in the heart of Saint Germain des Pres, 2 blocks from the Seine, 2 blocks from the metro, and two blocks from the grocery store. The street is pretty quiet yet very close to all the action. The apartment itself is really cute - small living area but well organized. At first I thought the stairs might be an issue for the kids as they are quite small but everyone was fine. The bedrooms are quite large and the beams are beautiful. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this apartment for any family looking to explore Paris!

Perhaps our best rental ever.

This is a very livable and well managed apartment. We are an older couple and we usually look for ground floor apartments or apartments with lifts. This fits the bill.

This apartment does have (manageable) stairs to the bedrooms and bath but we found it very easy (I have had two knee replacements ) with no issues. The ground floor living /kitchen/dining area is modern and pleasant.

The apartment is as described in the literature. There is no fibbing - everything works including the washer. It is roomy and well laid out. We have rented quite a few flats in europe and this is one of the best. It just has a good "feel". It's clean comfortable well appointed and safe. Very good security on a great street. Rue

Jacob is our new favorite place to be in

Paris. Rue de Buci and St. Germaine are around the corner -great cafes and restaurants- close to the action but quiet too.

We visited in November so the heat was on at times and it worked well. There is no air conditioning visible, so I don't know if it would be stuffy in the summer - someone else will have to report on that.

Bottom line? - A winner - A+ for sure.

We will be back.

Amazing location!

Patrick, one of the owners, met us and welcomed us on arrival. Found the locations the perfect place to use metro and buses around the city. A charming apartment!
