The Villa has two apartment units which each have private entrances and reserved private parking so that guests will enjoy absolute peace and quiet. Each apartment has a big balcony with magnificent views overlooking the crystal-clear sea of Mlini Bay. In short, this is an oasis where you can escape from the touristy crowds yet be in the middle of the action in Dubrovnik's Old Town within 15 minutes.
You can rent both of them together and accommodate 6+4 persons or rent it separate.
Apartment R is 65 m2 and is ideal for 4 persons. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, living room with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and large balcony. The entire apartment is air-conditioned and at your disposal are 2 satellite televisions, DVD player, Hifi sound system, free wireless internet, hair dryer and iron. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a refrigerator, oven, toaster, mixer, kettle, etc.*
Apartment M is 35m2 and consists of one double bedroom, a bathroom, living room with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and large balcony. The local bus stop is 400 metres walk from the apartments with buses going to and from Dubrovnik every half an hour. The trip takes about 15 minutes (Bus number 10) and the number 10 bus also continues past Mlini to the nearby town of Cavtat, which also takes about 15 minutes.
When visiting Dubrovnik's Old City for the first time, the best way is to take a direct boat ride which takes about 20 minutes along the coast. There are various boat excursions you can go on and all of these can be booked from Mlini, the nearby town of Cavtat or Dubrovnik.
