Welcome to our stunning duplex in the Amarilla Golf area that has been renovated throughout to the highest of standards. Everything in the property for your holiday is brand new, from the Kitchen, Bathroom, Living room and Terrace' Furniture, Also the Curtains, Voiles, bed linen and towels.

As to many people WiFi is nowadays almost an essential, we pay a significant monthly cost in order to provide you with really good WiFi at no extra charge to you.

High level summary:

Stunning unspoilt views across fairways 11 and 13 of Amarilla golf course, the sea and marina. Beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Use of 3 pools (one with pool bar and another with pub below for snacks and refreshments).

2 bedrooms - one with double bed, 2 singles in the other. Both with private terraces with sun loungers. Newly refurbished bathroom with bath and shower in bath, and washing machine to avoid a mountain of washing when you get home.

Downstairs is a fully equipped newly refurbished kitchen. We really have provided everything that you need for your stay - apart from the food and drink! Very large fridge freezer lets you easily stock up at the start of your stay if you want. In the lounge area you'll find a chaise long which also converts top a sofa bed. 32" new TV showing all English channels you would find on Freeview (eg BBC1 to BBC4, ITV1 to ITV4, Sky News, Film 4, C Beebies). And it even shows Live English Premier League and Championship matches if you enjoy football. Other Live sports are shown too

Outside you find your 3rd terrace with table and chairs. Each terrace has an awning should you feel the need for some shade. Air conditioning is available downstairs and each bedroom for heating or cooling. Available at a cost of just £5pn total (not per guest). Optional extra as some guests prefer to save the money and instead use the ceiling fans and heaters that we provide - or the lovely breeze from the sea through the patio doors. All patio doors and windows are fitted with stylish grilles for your security and peace of mind even though it is a low crime rate area.

All towels provided - hand, bath and kitchen. We even provide pool towels so as to help with your baggage allowance!

Free parking outside the property. Car not essential - shops, bars, restaurants and cashpoint machines all within walking distance. Several restaurants will deliver to the front door. Taxi a 3 minute walk away. Bus route on Golf-del-Sur. Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas just 15 minutes away by car if you fancy a spot of 'busy' before returning to the stunning views and relaxation of 886 Aquarius.

Electronic ‘welcome pack’ sent to you 2 weeks before arrival contains useful information about the property: maps of how to get there from the airport, maps of the local area, contact details, the code for the key safe so that you can collect your keys, location of the pools you can use and key information about the property etc. 20 page ‘hotel style’ welcome pack in the property gives you even more information and advice. Full detail:

Catch the sun all day on the 3 uncovered terraces. Sun on the two golf course terraces all day until 3pm, then on the road side terrace if you want to continue getting a tan through the strong evening sun. All terraces have awnings should you wish to enjoy some shade.

This beautiful 2 bedroomed duplex (on the 1st and 2nd floors - not ground, so no one walking past you whilst you are sunbathing or relaxing) is situated on the Pebble Beach Private complex, overlooking 2 holes of the Amarilla Golf course, the Marina and the Atlantic Ocean!

The property spanning over 2 floors, can sleep up to 6 Adults/Children and one travel cot, boasting 3 Private Sun terraces for all day Sunshine and outdoor dining. Each private terrace also has an awning so that you can sit out in the shade if you prefer. All patio doors and windows are also fitted with tastefully designed security grilles in order to maximise your comfort; crime rate is low on Amarilla Golf but like anywhere we have lived we like to ensure our property is as secure as it can be so paid for these in order to give you our guests that same peace of mind.

The front of the property is directly on Amarilla Golf with stunning views of the Ocean and Marina. You will find outside dining on Terrace one, 4 Sun Loungers on Terrace two. The back of the property has a bistro rattan table and chairs and is just off the double bedroom for late afternoon reading and relax time. Here you can also enjoy the strong late afternoon and evening heat that you often get in Tenerife.

Walk downstairs and use your key fob to securely access one of three swimming pools included in your rental with this property. Gemini, just 1 minute walk away, a delightful small pool with beautiful new loungers and a seperate pool area for the little ones; Scorpio a much larger pool 4 minutes walk away - with pool bar; Aries - another large pool 15 minutes walk aways, situated above a pub so drinks and snacks are readily available.

You do not need a car, but if this is required, you have your own free parking at the property. Car rentals are available locally for extremely reasonable rates if you wish. Also if you do want to travel further afield without hiring a car then buses and taxis are available.

We are situated 10 minutes from Tenerife South Airport. Staying with us could not have you better located for a more relaxing time to explore the region with everything you need on the doorstep; from The golf course and club house, to the Supermarkets, Bars, restaurant’s, shops, sea and beaches. Everything is in ease of walking when staying at 886 Aquarius. Golf del Sur is 5 minutes away, 30 minutes walk (5 minutes drive) you will reach San Blas, the local commercial area with an array of shops, bars and restaurants. Beautiful Coastal walks to Los Abrigos brings you to an array of sea front restaurants where a freshly cooked paella just for you and sangria will cost you. but if you prefer more activity you can reach Los Christianos or the busier streets of Playa de las Americas all within 20 minutes. There are fantastic bus and taxi services if you prefer to leave the car.

We will provide you with a welcome pack electronically on receipt of payment, where we can give some hints and tips of who to call and where to go. Also, want some downtime to sit and relax on one of the three terraces, there are amazing takeaways that will deliver food to you that is of the highest of standards. We prefer our Canarian Indian Takeaway to any in Sheffield! We first visited Tenerife South at Easter time 2014 with our young daughter, We truly fell in love with the region.Why? 10 minutes from Tenerife South airport, all year Sun, tranquility, cleanliness, plenty for Adults and Children alike, reasonably priced authentic restaurants and bars, we just felt so safe and relaxed. So, when discussing the Summer holidays we went ahead and booked again. We loved it just as much, staying for 10 days. Within a few days, we started looking in Estate Agents windows, and before we knew it, started viewing properties, all varying in attributes, none felt quite right, then we were shown a property that had been owned by a UK family for many years, it had never been rented out, needed refurbishing but as soon as we stepped onto the first terrace, our breath was taken away looking across Amarilla Golf and out onto the Atlantic Ocean and views of the Marina.And this is 886 Aquarius.. It felt like it was meant to be for various reasons. Well, I am an Aquarius, my date of birth is 2/2.. Add up 886, The property bears my birth sign and date of birth, but that wasn't the reason to go about buying this property alone!Everything about the property we knew, would make us want to keep coming back time after time. We paid our deposit, met a Lawyer to start looking after the transaction, came back to the UK nervous as hell, but so excited to start this journey. We have had too many family holidays where we just didn't want to go back. Didn't feel safe, got tummy bugs, bedding wasn't of quality, lack of amenities, couldn't relax when our daughter went to bed owing to lack of space in apartments.Everything we want as a family, has been put into totally renovating this stunning duplex.

What makes this apartment unique

You are looking out onto the most breathtaking scenes of Amarilla Golf course, with the most luscious vegetation, You can see the Sea and the dazzling array of yachts in the Marina, Sit on the sofa and chaise longue, open the patio doors and just relax. A six seater table and chairs is on the first of 3 patios for you to dine looking out to sea.How can you not relax.Walk upstairs, drop your bags, and look into the beautiful bathroom that has just been renovated to the highest of standards, a beautiful, bath, overhead power shower, hand shower, large vanity basin, and a washing machine. Bedroom one, has twin beds, and another patio looking across the golf course, another place for you to sunbathe and to dry your swim wear from a dip in the 3 pools you are allowed to use whilst staying at the property. This terrace has 2 full length sun loungers, and 2 lovely relaxing chairs that fold down to sun loungers should you prefer (these are also easy to move to the other terrace as the sun moves round to there mid afternoon). Bedroom no.2 is a double room, with fitted wardrobes, all in solid wood, once again you have another terrace with a beautiful rattan bistro set to go for a late afternoon read to chase the sun.We have provided all towels and linen to high standards, hairdryer, clothes airer, a travel cot for children up to 3. You really don't need a car, just downstairs is one of 3 pools, so no lugging of beach bags just to get in a pool and we even provide pool towels to help with your luggage allowance. They are also secure for you and your children, entry is strictly by a key fob we will provide you with.

From the moment I contacted Caroline and Nick they went out of their way to make our holiday the best it could be. My boyfriend and I stayed in the master bedroom, at the back of the apartment. There was plenty of storage space, a secure safe, a comfy bed, a fan and our very own balcony with table and chairs. The second twin bedroom is where our friends stayed (Brothers) ,so the two single bed arrangement was idea. They too also had loads of storage, a fan and a huge front facing balcony with a couple of sun loungers. I myself spent loads of time on this balcony, as I got the sun till about 16.00 and the view of the harbour and the golf course is a perfect backdrop for chill‘in! We also used the comfy sofa bed downstairs, as my dad was a last minute addition. He slept on it for 2 weeks and he said it was just as comfy as a bed. The bed was also very easy to change from a sofa into a bed, which was handy after a night out! The kitchen had everything you could want, so you could cook a Sunday roast or a quickie pizza and not want for any more utensils or appliances. The oven and hob were self-explanatory along with the big fridge freezer and microwave. The little breakfast bar in the kitchen we used very regularly, as it just adds a homely touch. Also for alfresco dinning, the big table outside on the main balcony was perfect and we also got the sun on that balcony till around 16.00 too. I’ve been visiting the island of Tenerife for the past 5 years and I really thing Golf De Sur and Amirilla Golf is the best location to stay. It’s quit and relaxing with the harbour, beaches and wonderful local bars and restaurants less than 10 minute walk away. Also with the main ‘square’ of Golf De Sur only being a 20-30 minute walk away, you can join in the nightlife when you please, without it being on your doorstep. Also Playas Del Las Americas and Costa Adeje with the beautiful Colon beach is only a 20 euro taxi ride away (from the apartment you can see a taxi stop, where there is normally at least one waiting or you can ring the number that is displayed on the pole next to it, where I always got through to an English speaking person) All in all we had a brilliant holiday and would happily stay here again every Christmas and new year! Would recommend it to anyone and give it a 10/10 all day long! Thank you so much Nick and Caroline, you really pulled out all the stops for us. x

Perfect holiday home

The property was as described, good order and ideal location. Owners guide was very accurate and everything that we needed to know was there. Owners also accommodated us a little wiggle room on day of departure which was very much appreciated. If they could have controlled the weather, the trip would have been perfect - would recommend accommodation to others visiting tenerife in any case.

Home from home.

Very attractive and well equipped Duplex type apartment overlooking a picturesque golf course with the sea in the background. Some very nice restaurants and bars are within a short walk. A choice of three pools with the nearest one being very quiet and relaxing with plenty of sunbeds available.

The apartment itself had every amenity you could wish for and was very comfortable.

The owners, Nick and Caroline, Were only a phone call away and couldn't have been more helpful.

Quiet and tranquil, despite proximity to airport. Easy walkable access to coast, restaurants and pools. Lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle of life in the UK. Lots of car parking next to appartment.

Very clean and comfortable apartment for myself, husband and 4 year old. Beautiful view!

Arrived home yesterday after a 9 night stay. I dont think there is anything that the owners havent thought about in terms of what you have to use to make yourself at home. We loved having our own space to cook and watch TV or sit out on the balcony (one of three) having our dinner. The views over the golf course and to sea are great and when it got a little windy later in the day, we moved to a balcony on the other side of the building. We went to the pool at the Scorpio bar most days which is a 2 min walk away. The drinks and snacks on offer are pretty good but theres a small supermarket close by if you prefer. Larger supermarkets are about a 5 min drive.

Very friendly area with a majority of holiday goers being english. Numerous restaurants and little shops (usual local souvenir type places) within walking distance. Lava Beach do really good food.

We went to Playa La Vistas beach in Los Cristionos a few times which is lovely and great for kids. Also highly recommend the whale and dolphin watching trip, incredible and great value for money.

We had a lovely holiday the weather was hot hot hot every day. The appartment was really lovely. It had everything we could have wanted. The three terraces were a bonus. Loved watching the golf. 3 pools were also great. Only one very slight comment the shower could do with a booster as the pressure is a bit low. Would recommend this appartment to anyone. Everyone around very nice and friendly. Close to all shops and restaurants. We would take a nice walk into Los Abrigos for fantastic fish restaurants. Thank you very much.

If you would like the air conditioning option at £5 extra per night (total - not per person) for all 3 rooms then please contact us. We can then add it to the quote as the system does not let us add optional extras for you to select.

We are happy to split into up to 3 payments if that helps you and time permits. Just contact us and we can amend the quote.

We can accommodate for stays of less than 7 days - just get in touch with us for a quote.

There is an optional £30 mid stay linen and laundry change for any visits lasting over 7 days. A lovely option to have a freshen up of all bed linen and towels!

A rental agreement will be sent for you to agree and sign once booking is completed.

There is no charge for children under the age of 2. You need to inform of this at quote stage please so that the price reflects this.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
