Welcome to our stunning duplex in the Amarilla Golf area that has been renovated throughout to the highest of standards. Everything in the property for your holiday is brand new, from the Kitchen, Bathroom, Living room and Terrace' Furniture, Also the Curtains, Voiles, bed linen and towels.
As to many people WiFi is nowadays almost an essential, we pay a significant monthly cost in order to provide you with really good WiFi at no extra charge to you.

Stunning unspoilt views across fairways 11 and 13 of Amarilla golf course, the sea and marina. Beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Use of 3 pools (one with pool bar and another with pub below for snacks and refreshments).
2 bedrooms - one with double bed, 2 singles in the other. Both with private terraces with sun loungers. Newly refurbished bathroom with bath and shower in bath, and washing machine to avoid a mountain of washing when you get home.
Downstairs is a fully equipped newly refurbished kitchen. We really have provided everything that you need for your stay - apart from the food and drink! Very large fridge freezer lets you easily stock up at the start of your stay if you want. In the lounge area you'll find a chaise long which also converts top a sofa bed. 32" new TV showing all English channels you would find on Freeview (eg BBC1 to BBC4, ITV1 to ITV4, Sky News, Film 4, C Beebies). And it even shows Live English Premier League and Championship matches if you enjoy football. Other Live sports are shown too
Outside you find your 3rd terrace with table and chairs. Each terrace has an awning should you feel the need for some shade. Air conditioning is available downstairs and each bedroom for heating or cooling. Available at a cost of just £5pn total (not per guest). Optional extra as some guests prefer to save the money and instead use the ceiling fans and heaters that we provide - or the lovely breeze from the sea through the patio doors. All patio doors and windows are fitted with stylish grilles for your security and peace of mind even though it is a low crime rate area.
All towels provided - hand, bath and kitchen. We even provide pool towels so as to help with your baggage allowance!
Free parking outside the property. Car not essential - shops, bars, restaurants and cashpoint machines all within walking distance. Several restaurants will deliver to the front door. Taxi a 3 minute walk away. Bus route on Golf-del-Sur. Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas just 15 minutes away by car if you fancy a spot of 'busy' before returning to the stunning views and relaxation of 886 Aquarius.
Electronic ‘welcome pack’ sent to you 2 weeks before arrival contains useful information about the property: maps of how to get there from the airport, maps of the local area, contact details, the code for the key safe so that you can collect your keys, location of the pools you can use and key information about the property etc. 20 page ‘hotel style’ welcome pack in the property gives you even more information and advice. Owners always extremely responsive to calls and messages from enquirers and current or future guests.
Catch the sun all day on the 3 uncovered terraces. Sun on the two golf course terraces all day until 3pm, then on the road side terrace if you want to continue getting a tan through the strong evening sun. All terraces have awnings should you wish to enjoy some shade.
This beautiful 2 bedroomed duplex (on the 1st and 2nd floors - not ground, so no one walking past you whilst you are sunbathing or relaxing) is situated on the Pebble Beach Private complex, overlooking 2 holes of the Amarilla Golf course, the Marina and the Atlantic Ocean!
The property spanning over 2 floors, can sleep up to 6 Adults/Children and one travel cot, boasting 3 Private Sun terraces for all day Sunshine and outdoor dining. Each private terrace also has an awning so that you can sit out in the shade if you prefer. All patio doors and windows are also fitted with tastefully designed security grilles in order to maximise your comfort; crime rate is low on Amarilla Golf but like anywhere we have lived we like to ensure our property is as secure as it can be so paid for these in order to give you our guests that same peace of mind.
The front of the property is directly on Amarilla Golf with stunning views of the Ocean and Marina. You will find outside dining on Terrace one, 4 Sun Loungers on Terrace two. The back of the property has a bistro rattan table and chairs and is just off the double bedroom for late afternoon reading and relax time. Here you can also enjoy the strong late afternoon and evening heat that you often get in Tenerife.
Walk downstairs and use your key fob to securely access one of three swimming pools included in your rental with this property. Gemini, just 1 minute walk away, a delightful small pool with beautiful new loungers and a seperate pool area for the little ones; Scorpio a much larger pool 4 minutes walk away - with pool bar; Aries - another large pool 15 minutes walk aways, situated above a pub so drinks and snacks are readily available.

You do not need a car, but if this is required, you have your own free parking at the property. Car rentals are available locally for extremely reasonable rates if you wish. Also if you do want to travel further afield without hiring a car then buses and taxis are available.
We are situated 10 minutes from Tenerife South Airport. Staying with us could not have you better located for a more relaxing time to explore the region with everything you need on the doorstep; from The golf course and club house, to the Supermarkets, Bars, restaurant’s, shops, sea and beaches. Everything is in ease of walking when staying at 886 Aquarius. Golf del Sur is 5 minutes away, 30 minutes walk (5 minutes drive) you will reach San Blas, the local commercial area with an array of shops, bars and restaurants. Beautiful Coastal walks to Los Abrigos brings you to an array of sea front restaurants where a freshly cooked paella just for you and sangria will cost you. but if you prefer more activity you can reach Los Christianos or the busier streets of Playa de las Americas all within 20 minutes. There are fantastic bus and taxi services if you prefer to leave the car.
We will provide you with a welcome pack electronically on receipt of payment, where we can give some hints and tips of who to call and where to go. Also, want some downtime to sit and relax on one of the three terraces, there are amazing takeaways that will deliver food to you that is of the highest of standards. We prefer our Canarian Indian Takeaway to any in Sheffield! This will also provide you with full address and directions to property and your code to the key safe do you can arrive at your appointed time without the lengthy wait of a check in.
It’s an exciting time to stay on Amarilla Golf. It’s newest attraction, the new 344 berth San Miguel Marina is in view from the property. What a relaxing view to see the sight of the sleek yachts basking in the Tenerife Sun. You can discover the Coastal Underworld by seeing the Yellow Submarine moored in the Marina
