The farm has available to customers 3000 m2 of land, has a very spacious and cozy large house, built in 2008) with Mallorcan character 300 m2 with more than 300 m2 of terraces. THE HOUSE IS IDEAL FOR 8 PEOPLE .The farm is surrounded by gardens and typical Mediterranean vegetation, with stunning views over the bay of Palma, the house has 4 double rooms from 19 to 24 m2, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet, kitchen 20 m2 and 45 m2 room. Two bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor, of which three with dressing room and bathroom en suite .The three terraces are distributed as follows, one on top next to the bedrooms with direct access, the second next to the kitchen and another in the ground floor with veranda with access from the living room and kitchen, also it has a pool of 10 x 5m with sun terrace of 200 m2 and a parking area next to another terrace of about 300 m2 in the front of the house .. The house and the pool is on a cliff, the whole house has a very nice panoramic views ravine des Xorrigo, the city of Palma, the entire southern part of the island, also the Tramuntana and the sea. This makes it special.

Amazing

Renting this home was the smartest thing we did on our vacation. Everything was exactly as it appeared in photos and that's a great thing. Spacious, clean, beautiful, it had everything we needed. The owners are lovely and so welcoming. They are happy to give suggestions, directions, information, etc if you need it and they are very responsive if you have any problems. They clearly take pride in the property, which means the upkeep and amenities are excellent. The only sad part is that since we did so much exploring of the island, we didn't have enough time to spend in our home away from home. Still, sitting on the patio, watching the sun set each night will be a treasured memory. I hope we have the opportunity to visit Mallorca again and that we will be lucky enough to rent this house. It was... perfect.

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten zehn super schöne Tage auf der Villa.

Frau Dolores war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider spricht sie nur sehr gebrochenes Englisch. Jedoch war die Kommunikation über WhatsApp und Mail kein Problem.

Das Anwesen war in einem einwandfreiem Zustand und liegt super schön am Hang, mit perfektem Blick auf Palma und Platja de Palma.

Der einzige Nachteil der Villa liegt im indirekten Poolzugang. Der Pool kann nur über die vordere Haustür erreicht werden.

Aber das ist klagen auf hohem Niveau.

Alles in allem ist die Villa, Lage und Umgebung absolut zu empfehlen.

Magnifique maison

La maison est très spacieuse, confortable et pleine de charme. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille.

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et prévenants et répondent immédiatement aux éventuelles questions.

Nous avons pu obtenir les services d'une femme de ménage très facilement.

A noter que les commerces sont assez éloignés et la proximité de l'aéroport entraîne des bruits d'avions souvent gênants en fonction de la direction du vent.

Owner's Response: Madame, la maison est dans un lotissement, elle se trouve a 8 km des commerces et de tous les services, vous le pouvez lire a la page du site, avec un auto est a 5 minutes, beaucoup de clients aiment ce localisation. L'aeroport est a 15 km , jamais s'ecoute le bruit dans la maison ni pendant la nuit, Quelque fois selon souple le vent quand il ya tempête le bruit es plus grand mais seulement dans l'exterieur. Heureusement très peu de clients voient, ceci, un problème. Je regrette que vous,  malgré, d' apporter 3 personnes plus du contrat, gratuit, vous me payez avec ce commentaire. Je vous ai demandé plusieurs fois s'il y avait un problème et que vous avez toujours m'a répondu.. TOUT VA BIEN. Merci beaucoup Madame.

Traumhafte Aussicht, Haus im Topzustand

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder in diesen wunderschönen Haus in Son Gual. Die Reservierung sowie Übergabe des Hauses hat wunderbar geklapt. Die kommunikation und Betreueung waren sehr gut.

Von allen Terrassen haben Sie einen weitblick über die Palma bis ans Meer. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in einem Topzustand, die qualität von den Möbeln und verwendetet Materialien lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Das Haus ist sehr emfehlenswert, Sie müssten nur beachten, dass Sie unbedingt ein Auto benötigen, den Sie werden nichts zu Fuss erreichen können. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Bis zum Strand sind es 20 Minuten.

Die Ausfahrt an die Schnellstrasse nach Palma oder Monacor befindet sich in ca. 3-5 Minuten, so können Sie alle mögliche Sehenswürdigkeiten oder verschiedene Strände besuchen.

Gepflegte Finca in der Nähe von Palma

Wir haben ein paar erholsame Tage in dieser schönen, mit viel Liebe gestalteten und absolut gepflegten Finca verbracht, die nur ca 15 Minuten von Palma entfernt ist.

Ausstattung des Hauses ist rundrum hochwertig und (von der Miele Spülmaschine und WLAN über den Weber-Grill bis hin zum grandiosen & üppig dimensionierten Pool).

Auch der Kontakt bzw. die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin vorher und vor Ort war freundlich, unkompliziert und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt (Hinweis: Sie spricht nur Spanisch und Französisch, ggfs ein Wörterbuch benutzen bzw. im Vorfeld Fragen per E-Mail oder What's App senden)

Einziger Wermutstropfen... da die Finca leicht erhöht über der Bucht von Palma thront und man auch auf den Flughafen schaut, ist der Flugverkehr für Lärmempfindliche tagsüber der Erholung nicht zuträglich. Uns hat es nicht gestört... im Gegenteil... es war immer wieder spannend den Flugzeugen beim Starten und Landen zuzusehen.

Estuvimos ocho personas,una semana desde el 31 de Agosto.la casa nos ha gustado mucho,a una distancia intermedia de todos los puntos de Mallorca,cercana a Palma,las instalaciones son de primera,vivienda con encanto,muy cuidada,piscina grande y huerto ecológico,donde puedes degustar de productos al instante,muy acogedora,ideal para relajarse y disfrutar de una excelente propiedad,sus dueños,Maria y su marido,personas cercanas y acogedoras,a las que tuvimos la suerte de conocer.

Recomendar el disfrute de la misma,yo propmeto volver,dar las gracias a Maria desde aquí por el detalle de enviarme unas gafas que se me quedaron en casa,y desde Tarragona enviar u cordial Saludo para Maria y su esposo

The property is located in an urbanized area, very quiet, surrounded by nature, a short walk from the center of Palma and very close to lovely villages with great restaurants. Only 10 km from the Bay of Palma, where you will find beaches with calm waters, fun and international cuisine. The Golf Son Gual meters from the house. We have an organic vegetable garden on the farm. If you like peace and quiet this is your vacation spot.
