About this property

Seasonal rental in Yport, a few meters from the sea, 10 km from Etretat.
For 4 people, or 2 adults and 2-3 children.
Beautiful house typical of the region, brick and flint, 80m2, completely redone in 2016. Classified 3 stars
Quietly located at the end of a dead end. Flowered and maintained garden of 200m2.

Ground floor: very well equipped kitchen and bedroom with double sofa bed and TV + DVD
1st: bathroom and bedroom with double bed
2nd: bathroom and 2 single beds. Sea view from the 2nd floor.
Ideal for a family with children.
Free WiFi, TV, DVD player, washing machine, dryer, barbecue, tourist documentation, books and DVDs.
It is a house in second home in which I often go, so it is functional and furnished with furniture and tables of tastes
Close to the GR21 and Etretat golf course.
Yport is a former fishing town. Far from the crowd of Etretat, while being close.
With all the basic shops in the town: bakery, grocery store, butcher, pharmacy, doctor, café-tabac.

Rental from April to end of October, from Saturday to Saturday.

In addition: tourist tax (paid to the municipality)
Optional: cleaning + 60 €
Optional: rental of sheets and towels: € 15 (single bed), € 20 (double bed), washing and ironing by a professional company, beds made on arrival.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Yport. Das Ferienhaus hat eine super Lage. Alles was man braucht ist in absoluter Nähe: der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bistros etc. und trotzdem super schön und ruhig gelegen. Generell ist Yport für uns der perfekte Ort gewesen, von dem man die wunderschöne Alabasterküste gut erkunden konnte. Gerade in der Hauptsaison war es hier noch sehr angenehm und nicht zu überlaufen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man im Urlaub so braucht (wie beschrieben). Den Garten haben wir zu jeder Tageszeit genutzt und geliebt und auch der kleine Wintergarten ist an den wenigen, etwas kühleren, windigeren Tagen Gold wert gewesen. Trotz unserer geringen Französisch-Kenntnisse war die Kommunikation mit Thomas zu jeder Zeit absolut unproblematisch und wir wurden beim Check-In sehr nett empfangen und mit vielen wertvollen Tipps ausgestattet. Alles in Allem ein Urlaub, wie er sein soll!

Ferien an den weißen Klippen

Yport ist guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Küstenlandschaft der Normandie zu entdecken. Haus liegt unweit vom Strand und von Straße zurückgesetzt, daher sehr ruhig. Haus war in schlechtem Zustand, Böden im Erdgeschoss wellig und lose Fliesen. Das Haus ist abwohnt und roch modrig. Bettwäsche war nicht sauber. Küchenausstattung schlecht, aus lauter alten Einzelstücken zusammengesammelt. Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis daher nicht ok. Haus bedarf einer Renovierung und Küchenausstattung sollte komplett erneuert werden.

le cri du goéland...

Après la surprise des containers poubelles à l'entrée de l'impasse, heureux de découvrir la photo de l'annonce et les rose trémières. La maison est conforme à la description, quelques détails à revoir dans l'entretien des stores et des portes et portes coulissantes. Cela n'empêche pas un bon séjour...

une jolie maison très bien placée et très bien équipée la maison est vraiment au centre de la petite ville et pourtant très au calme ! enfin les proriétaires sont très accueillants et souples dans les modalités d'accueil et de départ, ce qui est bien agréable nous recommandons cette location
