Bay House is a stylish first floor apartment in the heart of Looe, located only 100 yards from the beach. The property is centrally located in town with a splendid choice of pubs, restaurants, boutique style shops and small supermarkets all close by, as is the bustling harbour with its fishing and pleasure craft making progress to and from the sea.
The accommodation is arranged principally on the second floor with a well fitted kitchen, lounge/diner, double bedroom and shower room. There is a splendid spiral staircase giving access to an additional mezzanine floor with double bed. This room is located in the eaves and the sloping ceilings mean access and head height are restricted therefore only suitable for 1 adult or 1 child over 10 years of age. The lounge/diner is furnished with comfortable leather settees, dining room seating for four and there is a feature fireplace and flat screen TV. The shower room is beautifully appointed with walk-in shower, w.c. and basin.
Bay House is very well situated and is ideal for those who will appreciate the close proximity to the beach and the town's facilities. There is also a reserved secure parking space in the seafront car park.
The centre of Looe town with its pubs, shops, restaurants and harbour is about a five minute walk away. Beaches are virtually outside the door with tennis, bowls, putting, golf - at Looe Golf Club, riding, coastal walks and National Trust houses and gardens all available nearby. The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are about a 35 minute drive away as is the city of Pymouth.
