Fabulous Detached Villa with FULL AIRCON hot and cold in each room as well as free WI-FI, situated 3 minute walk to Villamartin golf course, fully furnished to high standards with private parking for up to two cars, one covered. Excellent facilities with 2 large communal pools with toddlers sections, the pools are quiet all year round. The villa stands on its own grounds. Two twin/double bedrooms are on the ground floor with bathroom. Upstairs is the e- suite master bedroom. Also upstairs is a large private solarium, a large sun terrace to the front of the property with garden table and 6 chairs, On the middle terrace there is a bbq again with table and chair for 6 as well as sun loungers, this property also gets the sun in the front garden until it sets. The lounge with air con has an American style open plan kitchen where all the family can hang out should they want to get away from the sun. Shops, bars, banks, and restaurants all within a 3 minute walk, there are about 20 restaurants to choose from you should find something you like. Grills on all doors and windows will keep you safe.

Beach - Awarded blue flag The beach is a couple of kilometres away and boasts magnificent scenery as well as cleanliness. The beaches in Villamartin are well maintained and benefit from a courtesy bus. The restaurant at La Zenia beach also has a swimming pool with sun loungers for a small fee.

Partly gated community to ensure it is kept private and for exclusive use.

€70 is payable on arrival for clean & laundry, this is for up to 4 people and an extra €5 thereafter.

Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.

A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm - 10.00pm.

€25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.

€15 will be charged for departures prior to 8.00am

Great villa close to everything

Villa was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids aged 10, 7 and 3). It is close to all the local amenities (bars, restaurants and golf course) and the swimming pool is very close to the villa. Arrival and departure was straight forward and we would recommend staying here.

Excellent property with ample, safe outdoor space.

Stayed in this villa for the first time in May 2018 and were very impressed. Our family have been coming to Villamartin for the last 20 years and this is possibly the nicest villa we've stayed in.

Located near to the Plaza (at most a five minute walk) it made life really easy and meant we didn't need a dedicated driver to get us home after dinner. The villa has recently had the terrace (pictured) extended and it has secure gates either side, meaning we could happily allow our fearless two year old to wander in and out the French doors that open on to the patio.

The villa is well laid out with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, at the back of the open plan lounge / dining (we never ate inside as the terrace was so comfortable) / kitchen. Upstairs is a generous suite with third bedroom and en-suite, and a further, very comfortable roof terrace, over the lounge below.

The place was spotless when we arrived and the team that looked after the property were warm and welcoming, and very relaxed.

The communal pool is just on the other side of the small, private car-park and clean with tidy gardens. If the pool had been immediately outside the garden gate I'd have given this five stars.

In actual fact, we liked this property so much we've booked to go back in a few months! Can't get a much better review than that!

Immaculate and well positioned

We were a party of four golfers spending week in the area. The villa was exactly as detailed in the description. It had great outdoor space and was brilliantly clean internally.

It was in a quiet street well sited for access to the Villamartin Plaza that is only a few minutes away. The communal pool that was very quiet was stones throw away.

Sally, who met us, was on hand and very informative on arrival.

I would strongly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area.

Superb little detached villa on a great Urbanización

This villa is really lovely, much nicer than the pictures describe to be honest! It’s incredibly close to Villamartin Plaza ( takes only 2-3 minutes on foot) where you’ll find everything you’ll need or want in terms of bars , restaurants and other facilities. A real find - we’ll be back !

Las Violetas was built about ten years ago and although close to all main amenities it is a quiet and roomy urbanisation.Villamartin has an 18 hole championship golf course, situated within a five minute walk from the villa. The golf club is right next to the Plaza with it’s many bars and restaurants. The quality here is exceptional and reasonably priced. There are also another 6 golf clubs within 10-20 minute drive. Local supermarket, doctors, dentist, choice of restaurants, bars (some bars have internet access)& discos along with chemist, & arcade, hairdressers and shops etc all within 5 minute walking distances. This area is lively and busy - particularly in peak summer months. Nearby horse riding and go-karting are also available. Even livelier Torrevieja is just 10 minutes drive away where there is a hypermarket, shopping centre and aqua park (only open at peak season). La Zenia Boulevard is the closest shopping centre and is a delight to visit during the day or in the evening.
