Overall impression of property is excellent.

I have been to a lot of places on holiday over the years, then I went to Barbara's apartment and have been going back there once or twice a year for about 15 years. The place is always clean and tidy, the outlook from the balcony is very good. There is everything nearby for you to do or see. Also Barbara and her family are very helpful and are always on hand.

Ideal for a couple

We stayed here for a short winter break, the apartment was ideal with everything you need. Barbara the owner was really helpful, the location is good, a short walk to beach, marina, train and bus routes. There are many good bars and restaurants near by.

Fantastic view from the balcony

Barbara's apartment is nicely located. There are shops, bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The beach is some 300 metres down the street. The place needs some renovation but everything worked well enough. The view from the balcony is magnificent. Barbara was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our four weeks a lot. U&M from Finland

Property very dated. Wants a good re vamp

Good location for beach and bus routes and bars.Bathroom wants a good updating shower far to small.Could have been cleaner.fittings and fixtures want a good upgradeing.Only seen owner when leaving. Would not recommend this property to friends or relatives

Owner's Response: These people posted a 2 star review just because there was nowhere to leave their bags on the day they were leaving as they had a late flight. They could have left them in reception. They didn´t tell me that they couldn´t find the sunbeds -they were there for 2 weeks! I found them straightaway in the garden! Why not mention the full UK TV satellite system? the large modern flat screen TV? the full wifi broadband system? The spectacular panoramic views? The large swimming pool with lawns that is open throughout the year ? All the other clients have said that the bed is the most comfortable that they have slept in. All the comments they have just made are minor and petty. The shower is not the biggest but it is adequate for most people. I visited the apartment several times but the clients were not in. Everyone else who stayed in the apartment loves it (read the reviews for proof) and it´s a shame that just because they weren't allowed to stay later they felt that they had to post a spiteful review.

Ideal location, balcony views spectacular, just needs a little up dating.

Enjoyed our stay at this apartment, pool area lovely and clean and well looked after. Apartment just needs a little updating that's all, but would still book again, Barbara was very nice and would recommend to other people, shower a little small so if a large person just be aware of this. Overall very good.

SEA-WORLD sea life centre, located in the marina, the Dolphinarium, in the centre of Benalmadena,CABLE CARS take you to the top of the mountains for the breathtaking views, and numerous restaurants and bars. GOLFERS can enjoy several courses all within 20 minutes drive with TORREQUEBRADA GOLF right on the doorstep in Benalmadena. You can take the bus or train to nearby FUENGIROLA for it´s huge Tuesday market, or take a trip to MARBELLA to see the millionaire´s port of PUERTO BANUS. Many SHOPS, BARS and RESTAURANTS close to apt.

Ski: Skiing can be enjoyed from November to May in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Easily accessible by car in just 2 hours, the sun shines constantly so you can enjoy skiing while also getting a sun tan!
