This modern stone clad villa recently constructed, is located in the road between the charming town of Pollensa and fishing town of Puerto Pollensa, at the foot of the mountain.

As you enter in the property through an automatic fence, you follow the path that leads to the house surrounded by fields with native trees and flowers. After 200 meters you find a covered 2 car parking area just in front of the main entrance.

You enter into a bright open plan living / dining room, with comfortable sofas, dining table with modern chairs, air condition and cable plasma TV; slide doors will take you to a covered porch and swimming pool area with sunbeds, barbecue, dining table and chairs.

The full fitted kitchen has a dining table and comes complete with electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, etc… There is a laundry room attached to the kitchen with washing machine and cleaning utensils.

The double room is in one side of the lounge with en suite bathroom, built in closet, air condition, and french window onto the garden area.

On the corridor there is an office area with table and chairs and 3 twin bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and the other 2 sharing a WC/shower room . All the bedrooms have built in closet, air condition and french windows onto the garden.

All the house has WI FI and car is necessary although there is a public bus stand around 500mtrs.

About Maria Trepat Gelabert

My name is Maria Trepat and I´m Catalina´s daughter.

Catalina designed this house 6 years ago with an amazing result, she had the idea of a traditional Majorcan house, with the comfort of a 1 floor space and a contemporary design.

We both were born in Mallorca and live in Pollensa for the last 20 years. I was raised in the countryside, enjoying the endless summers in the beaches around the island and hiking the mountains in winter.

After spending some years in England, Barcelona, and travelling around the world, I decided to go back to Majorca and built my dream. I´m a fashion designer and together with Catalina we opened Suite 13 in 2012 a Sustainable high-design store in the center of Palma de Majorca, we have eco-friendly collections made by me and other designers of the island.

We would love to be your host and made your stay in Ca´n Suau more comfortable. During your stay I´m available 24 hrs by phone, and Catalina lives 10min from the villa.

Lovely Accommodation, Perfect Location

This villa offered lovely accommodation for us. Perfect size for 5 adults and 2 kids offering lots of space. Pool was lovely and well tended during our week stay. Nothing was uncatered for in the kitchen with fantastic outside dining and chill-out area. A rural quiet setting with only couple houses (and some goats) close by yet only 25min walk to Puerto Pollensa - perfect for us as we wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle. Taxis were extremely reliable and reasonably priced. Maria was lovely to deal with and I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic property - great location!

We have just come back from staying in this villa - for the 3rd year running. We love it!

Great property, in a fantastic location. It has all the facilities that you need, plenty of crockery and cutlery etc. Wonderful addition of outside sofas this year made evenings more comfortable too.

Maria, the owner of the property made herself available and was very friendly - even leaving a welcome pack. There were 3 generations of family in our group, 4 adults and 3 young kids, and everyone had a great time.

If I can persuade my family to go back for a fourth year in a row I would go again next year in a flash - its home from home now!

Spacious villa and fantastic location!

We had a fantastic stay in this roomy villa! Brilliant for 2 families of 4 as we weren't under each other's feet at all. The pool was wonderful with plenty of space in the shade to relax as well, which we needed as the temperatures were soaring while we were there! The location is perfect for exploring the pretty north of the island with a hire car. Would highly recommend! Thank you for a memorable holiday:)

Superb property in a fantastic location!

We have been to Pollenca for 13 years and this is one of our favourite villas. The location is superb, so close to the beach and the old town Pollenca. Maria was fantastic! Can Suau is located between the beatiful old town of Pollensa and the fishing town of Puerto Pollensa, at the foot of the hills that run parallel to the road.

A great sandy bay on the north east coast of the island of Majorca served by Puerto Pollensa, where there is a gently sloping sandy beach, bars, restaurants and some nightlife as well as a bustling harbour.

View the 760ft cliffs at Cap de Formentor, explore the foothills of the Sierra del Norte or visit nearby old town Pollensa itself.

In Pollensa you can walk El Calvari the worn stairs of Via Crucis and take the view from the ancient Benedicitine Monastery, Ermita de Nostra Senora del Puig.

Every Sunday in Pollensa and wednesday in Puerto Pollensa takes place the local market, perfect occasion to buy fresh local fruits and vegetables, as well as handicrafts made from artisans of the island.

If your are looking for isolated sandy beaches, after a 20min walk or by horse riding you arrive to Son Real beach, or enjoy a paddle surf day in the next beach Son Serra de Marina.

Pollensa bay is full of stunning 'calas' (samll beaches some of them with sand) you can reach them by Kayak for the more adventurers, by boat or by foot.

I was raised in Pollensa, and it would be a pleasure to share my secret places with our visitors!!

Puerto Pollensa was originally a fishing village, retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm, balmy evenings tourists and locals alike wander up and down between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the pavement cafes and restaurants and along the celebrated Pine Walk
