Stress free vaca!!
The property was in a great location, not to far from all we wanted to do. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach, but they have a great place to park your vehicle at the Folly Feild Park. The manager was very helpful with all my questions and needs. We will definitely be back!!
Great stay and great location.
Property was very clean. We thought it was a great location and enjoyed being next to the pool and close to the beach and bike trails.
We had a great time. 2 suggestions to make it better
1. Provide more blankets/covers
2. Provide more eating utensils. There was only 1 spoon. We had to make turns using it.

Pathetic Customer Service
The property itself was very nice, well appointed, and clean. HOWEVER, HomeAway did not send our information to the property so they did not have any of our parking passes ready. I went to the guard station 4 times, spoke with several customer service reps, and at 10pm, I was told to go back to the guard shack for the 5th time because our passes were finally ready. BUT when I got there the RUDE guard, still did not have our passes ready, wanted me to have my parents (who both need knee replacements) to go down 2 flights of stairs to bring their car to the shack again for her in 90 degree heat in the middle of the night. And I had to sit in my car for 20 minutes in 90 degree heat and overheat my car, while waiting on her to STILL not have my passes ready. I again spoke to someone at customer service and they were going have someone bring them to our condo after 11pm, since my parent were already asleep and I told them to come after 10 am the next day, which I was assured would happen. Big surprise here NO zone brought the passes ALL day! When we went out for dinner that evening they finally had our passes ready. I was sent a text saying someone would come and do a house inspection, I replied that I didn’t want anyone in the condo unless we weren’t there. I requested toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher liquid. I received no reply. The following day, I received a text saying they would be there with the supplies within in the hour, but again no one ever showed up. We decided to leave on Saturday instead of Sunday, even though the property was very nice and we enjoyed the place the customer service was so pathetically subpar, if i could give it less than one star I would. I will probably not book with this company again.

Beautiful Condo, Terrible Management Group
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
First, the Condo:It was beautiful, exceptionally clean and spacious! It was the cleanest vacation home I have ever stayed in(and I travel a lot). The home was very tasteful and updated, beautiful and modern linens but not overdone. The complex was lovely, quiet, 2 pools and lots of things to do. We really enjoyed being there. Now the Management Company: Absolutely terrible. After you book, you have to text this number to get your door code. Well, whoever that person is insisted that I had not paid, although I had an email confirmation and sent her a screen shot of the bank charge already processed. So she charged me again, 2 charges were debited out of my bank account. Still didn't give me the code! Her constant reply was "You can call the 1-800 number for further assistance". So I did. I explained the problem and was put on hold by Rebecca for over 25 minutes, then was cut off. At this point we were waiting in the parking lot of the complex with no way to get in the door. I called again, this time they figured out the problem, but guess what? Still could not give me a door code! The only way was for me to hang up, and text the other number-AGAIN- for the code. We did not get into our condo until almost 9pm that night! Imagine being in a parking lot with 2 tired and cranky kids who want to go inside and no one will help you. They didn't even act like they cared. To the Condo owners: Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home! I would love to come back there, but will not due to the management company. I paid for an entire day that I did not get, so I feel I got ripped off. It is unfortunate because the place is really nice. My advice would be to change management companies as quick as you can! To all vacation renters, avoid any rentals managed by Turnkey Management!!
