Elegant air-conditioned, furnished 1-bedroom apartment consists of living room with sleeping area, bedroom, open-plan kitchen, bathroom (toilet, bidet, shower), balcony and terrace with a pleasant panoramic view over the sea, mounts and Taormina!
The décor of the apartment is elegant and functional, complete with everything needed. There are 4 sleeping places (available 1 double sofa bed and 1 double bed), TV, WiFi, washing machine, 2 air-conditioners, refrigerator.
The apartment is located on the top six floor of the residence.
At the entrance of the residence there are Bar with home-made Sicilian food and grocery shop. Private parking is available on request.
The residence is located in 150m away from the beach reachable by foot in 5 minutes. The beach with the sand is available both free of charge or for payment with sunbed and umbrellas. The beach is very beautiful and spacious, next to it there is a nature reserve Alcantara.
Nearby there are shopping centre 'I Gabbiani' with supermarket and shops, bus stops to go to the Airport, Taormina and all other tourist places. On Saturday morning i front of the residence takes place typical Sicilian open-air market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetable or something for the house.
Giardini-Naxos centre is 900 m away, Taormina is 4 km away.
