My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hidden Cottage in Cheadle. The cottage contained everything that we needed, except maybe a washer/dryer. It was well laid out, clean and very welcoming. Cheadle is also very central to a number of locations. We visited Northern Wales, Liverpool, the football at Stoke-on-Trent, Lyme Park, Chatsworth House to name a few spots. I would thoroughly recommend it to others.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Joanne had left essentials so we didn't have to go shopping after our long drive. She even left us treats.
The property was well equipped for home from home living. It was clean, tidy and immaculately decorated to a high standard.
The location was surprising as only a few steps to Cheadle High Street but the cottage was a haven of peace and quiet.
At first trying to find this property we were a bit dubious going down a little lane but when we opened the black iron gate, my god, it was stunning! Beautiful landscaping in a small space.
On entering, it was spotlessly clean, very cosy and inviting. Joanne let us go in a bit earlier which was so good of her. She called to make sure everything was OK.
The cottage itself basically has everything you could need for your stay. I absolutely loved the decor and all the quirky pieces of furniture. Before we even left we said we wanted to go back next time we are in the area.
We travelled to Cheadle for my birthday and to visit Alton towers theme park which was only a 10-15 minute drive away.
If you are looking for somewhere nice and private for 2 in this area then book this place now, you won't be disappointed!
