The living room/kitchen has a sleeping sofa. There is also a crib for the smaller guests. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare a meal.
The bathroom has a tub, toilet, bidet and a sink.
The bedroom and living room give access to the balcony. On the balcony you will find also chairs and a table and a very nice view over the Serra do Monchique.
Also unlimited and fast Wifi is available so you can stay in touch with your loved ones during your holiday.

We are Elsa and Emiel. Elsa is from Portugal and Emiel is from the Netherlands. We traded the Netherlands for Portugal and we live in Portimão with our 2 children.

This apartment is ideal to have a splendid Holiday or the spend the winter. If you want to flee the cold, the Algarve is great.
Everything for a sun/beach holiday is present, but not the disadvantages.
The apartment is situated in an urban area, a non tourist area it stays cool, after the hot beach you can cool down.
The supermarket is at walking distance and the centre of Portimão also.
The Algarve offers more than sun, sea and beach. A wide variety of drinking and dining and not to expensive, always something to do at night and there is no mass tourism.
In our opinion Portugal is one of the best holiday destinations in Europe.
The appartment is situated on the shadow side of the building, despite this it is very light but direct sunlight does not enter and stays cool in the summer.
It's calm surroundings but near everything makes it a ideal base for your holidays.
What is near:
- Beaches (Praia da Rocha, Praia do Vau, Três Irmãos, Alvor
- Golf courses
- Water slide park (more or less 8km distance)
- Nearby villages are Alvor, Ferragudo, Carvoeiro, Silves and Lagos
My husband and I stayed at Elsa and Emiel's 11th floor apartment from September thru December 2016. Emiel picked us up from the bus station when we arrived, and we were so happy to see how beautiful and clean the apartment was(with a bottle of wine waiting for us). We had all the necessities we needed for our long term stay, and the view from the apartment was stunning of the Serra de Monchique (huge balcony). We could easily walk to the Continente Mall, Lidl, and Aldi grocers, along with many other places. We were also close enough to enjoy walking to the Marina and waterfront, old Town Portimao and also enjoyed the gorgeous Praias de Roche Beach. If we needed any questions answered about the area or needed anything for the apartment, they were always there for us. They are lovely family to get to know, and we really enjoyed our stay in the Algarve.
Apartamento impecável, bem equipado, limpo e muito confortável, tudo tal como nas fotos. Inserido num edifício moderno, com piscina exterior, é ideal para umas férias bem passadas. Vista lindíssima sobre a cidade de Portimão, com a Serra de Monchique ao fundo. Praias de sonho, excelente oferta de restaurantes e outros serviços. Anfitriões 5 estrelas, a Sra. Elsa e o Sr. Emiel são pessoas muito simpáticas e acessíveis, sempre disponíveis e prontas a resolver qualquer problema (fizeram inclusive questão de reforçar o equipamento da cozinha aquando da nossa chegada afim de melhorar a nossa estadia). Recomendo vivamente a escolha deste apartamento, iremos voltar certamente.
We verbleven in een royale flat, goede bedden, ruime badkamer en een keuken die van alle gemakken was voorzien. Op het ruime balkon hebben we zeker de eerste week 's morgens kunnen ontbijten. De flat is goed onderhouden en schoon, dat geldt ook over de gemeenschappelijke ruimten. We hadden de beschikking over een huur auto en dat is zeker aan te bevelen om de prachtige standen in Portimao en omgeving te bezoeken. Een grote supermarkt is vlak bij en het oude centrum van Potimao is te voet gemakkelijk te bereiken. Emiel heeft ons prima geholpen en doet zijn zaken uitstekend. We kijken terug op een fijne vakantie en hebben zeker plannen om nog eens naar Portimao terug te gaan.
de woning is ons zeer goed bevallen. is mooi gelegen op de 11de etage, verder is het makkelijk dat het winkelcentrum op loopafstand is en het strand ook we hebben ons goed vermaakt voor 6 dagen en goede service van de eigenaren van het appartement.
Wij hebben met ons gezin (met 2 kleine kinderen) 2 weken vakantie gevierd in dit mooie appartement.
Het appartement is mooi en schoon en is zeer compleet uitgerust.
Het appartement is centraal gelegen tussen het centrum van Portimao en het fantastische strand.
Het is ook een goede plek om de Algarve te ontdekken en er is veel te zien en te doen in de buurt.
De autoverhuur is op 10 minuten lopen van het appartement gelegen.
De twee eigenaren van het appartement zijn zeer behulpzaam en regelen van alles om je een leuke vakantie te bezorgen.
Tip: Auto huren is aan te raden (goedkoop). Je kan deze gratis voor de deur parkeren.
When we arrived, the owners welcomed us and showed the apartment. They told us not to hesitate to contact them in case we wanted some advise about possible activities in the area, which was very friendly. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, and it is located on the top floor of the building which means that it is very silent and has a great view from the balcony. There are plenty of good restaurants on walking distance.
I surely would recommend this apartment to anyone!
The appartment is situated within 3 minutes walking distance to Shopping Mall Continente that has a big supermarket, shops, cinema and a foodcourt.
Beaches are located at 10 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes by car.
Within 3 minutes walking you will find Parque du Juventude. A park for children with a café, petting zoo, playground and a BMX/skatepark.

Use our appartment like it is your own. When something is dirty clean it, We have sufficient products to clean. When you broke something let us know. When is there's a problem let us know, we want that you enjoy your holiday.
Smoking is not allowed, you can smoke on the balcony.
Pets are not allowed.
we have a Fair Use Policy regarding water and electricity. Excessive use will lead to additional fees.
We consider long term rentals a month or more. For long term rentals you have to pay above the rental price the utility bills. During our check-in we take the numbers and during the check-out you pay what you've spend. The prices are the ones mentioned on the utility bills which we will show ofcourse.
