Modern and stylish, this second floor apartment boasts a great location just off one of Madrid’s most iconic streets. Situated in the art deco Gran Via Avenue, the apartment is just a short distance from many of the city’s top sights and attractions. The maze of streets leading north from the Gran Via, are home to a number of unique bars, restaurants and shops, while the Puerta del Sol – the very centre of the city – is just a short walk south. The lovely Templo de Debod park is also within walking distance and is the perfect place to relax on a sunny day. Calle Fuencarral, known for its great stores and boutiques, is just five minutes away. The apartment is situated right between two different metro stations, allowing guests to explore the rest of the city and beyond with ease. The apartment itself is an open-plan in design, with the sitting room, dining area and modern fully-equipped kitchen all included in one elegant space. Large floor-to-ceiling glass windows ensure that the space is filled with light throughout the day, and wooden floors, contemporary artwork and splashes of bright colour all come together to create a home that is both stylish and practical. The double bedroom is separated from the living area via sliding doors, and features plenty of storage space. Surface area 52m2. Second floor. Entrance hall leads to an open-planned living/dining area furnished with a sofa bed (1,35x1,90), chaise-longue, coffee table, TV unit with 42' LCD TV, DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave/oven, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The master suite consists of a double bed (queen- sized 1.60m x 2.00m), two bedside tables and a large fitted wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower. Please note that there is wood flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathroom, which are tiled.
