Gran Via, not only majorly important road within the Spanish Capital, but also a key location for those who are interesting in being within walking distance to plenty of Madrid’s main attractions. This iconic street is home to many of Home Select’s properties due to its prime location. The various roads that disperse from Gran Via are contain plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars, not to mention the fabulous retail shopping experience that can be found on both Fuencarral and Gran Via itself. The breathtaking Templo de Debod, Plaza Mayor, Retiro Park and Puerta del Sol are all within walking distance from this location. The apartment is situated between two metro stations, ideal for those who also want to venture further out.
Our second floor apartment is a great home for those who would like to experience the true essence of the city center. It is decorated with a mixture of neutral and energetic colours, which compliment each other, as well as modern furnishings selected by our professional interior design team. The building itself has plenty to offer our guests, including a pool, gym, garage and a specular terrace with views overlooking the vast capital.

Living Area: The apartment has an open-plan design that incorporates kitchen, dining and living areas. This area is modern and very luminous thanks to the large sliding windows. The salon features a large cream, three-seater sofa, a chair, a modern square coffee table and decorative pieces such as lanterns and a plant. To the left of the living area the kitchen is found. The kitchen has been styled in a modern layout and has been fully equipped with everything one would need during their stay. In addition, there is an elegant breakfast-bar that seats four people.
Bedroom: The white double-sliding doors lead to the mater bedroom. This bedroom features a double bed (1.50m x 2.0m) with two bedside tables and large built-in closets. The bed looks at the large windows, which provide plenty of natural light into the space.
Bathroom: This bathroom has also been modernly designed and it features a walk-in shower, stool and basin.
Surface area: 56 m². Sixth floor. The living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa bed (1,60m x 2,00m), a designer chair, a coffee table, a side table with lamp and a plasma TV placed on a stand. The kitchen is part of the open-plan living room and is fully equipped. The bedroom features a double bed (1,50m x 2,00m), two bedside tables with a lamp and built-in closets. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The entire apartment has wooden floors, except for the bathroom, which is tiled.
