With a fantastic location near to many of the Seville’s top sights and attractions, this traditional yet stylish apartment is a great option for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the energy of this exciting city. The beautiful Cathedral, the Royal Alcazar Palace, the Giralda Tower and of course the Puerta de Jerez are all within walking distance of the apartment, as are a great selection of shops, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is on the edge of the beautiful and historic Santa Cruz neighbourhood. The former Jewish Quarter, Santa Cruz, is a maze of cobbled streets, traditional taverns and hidden patios, and is perfect for a long afternoon spent exploring. Located on the third floor, the apartment itself has been built in a classically Andalusian style, but with all the modern comforts and amenities one would expect, including a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and contemporary tiled bathrooms. The living room is open-plan in design and includes a spacious sitting room and dining table for up to four people. Large, exterior-facing floor-to-ceiling glass doors open out onto the balcony and fill the space with light for much of the day. The décor is classical and elegant, with a focus on high quality pieces, including marble flooring, large floor rugs and traditional artwork on the walls. The master bedroom is particularly beautiful, with a small sitting area and antique chest of drawers. The twin bedroom has been similarly decorated and furnished to the highest standard. With a fantastic central location and lovely interior design, this is a comfortable base in vibrant Seville.

Surface area: 150m2. Third floor: entrance into hallway that leads into the living and dining area with 1 balcony facing out onto the street. There is a 3-seater sofa, an armchair, coffee table, LCD TV. The dining table has seating for 4. The modern kitchen, on the right of the entrance, is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine as well as a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with 2 bedside tables, and 1 twin (2 single beds 0.9m x 2.0m) with 2 bedside tables and a chair. There are 2 bathrooms; one with a shower and two wash basins and the other has a shower. There are marble floors throughout except for the kitchen, which are tiled.

Perfect location, comfortable and well appointed

This is an upscale flat with marble flooring, comfortable bed, oversized rainfall style shower, AC (a must for Seville in June) balcony and high end appliances including a washer AND dryer which served us well during an extended vacation. The location is within walking distance to all of the top attractions in the city. Gary with Spain-Select was proactive with all necessary communications and very helpful.
