On the northern side of the neighbourhood of Salamanca, this apartment is perfect for those who want to stay in the most prestigious area of Madrid. An exclusive neighbourhood full top end boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants. The area is characterized by its quite and elegant streets, thanks the surrounding noble buildings that make the area one of the most chic areas of the city. This apartment is decorated with natural tones, combining contemporary and vintage selected pieces with high quality finishes. The bright open-concept living and dining room is given character with the open concept kitchen providing an area to be enjoyed with family and friends. A modern dining table accompanied with four comfortable and stylish chairs will make those family dinners more comfortable and entertaining. The master bedroom is decorated elegantly with a touch of colour that gives life to the bedroom along with its large window that opens directly onto the private terrace. This bedroom has a fully renovated en suite, equipped with a shower and is decorated with sophisticated wallpaper. The second bedroom with a cheerful colour splash has two smaller beds with noble headboards and a large window overlooking the private terrace. Surface Area: 68m2. Fourth floor. The apartment entrance gives access to the living room with the open-concept kitchen and dining area. The living room is furnished with a 3 seater sofa, a mirror coffee table, a cushioned armchair, a side table, wooden cabinet television with a Flat screen TV and DVD. The dining area has a table with a marble top with seating for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3-ring ceramic hob, and an oven/microwave. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (1.50m x 1.90m), 2 bedside tables. Bathroom is en-suite and has a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), a nightstand table and built-in wardrobe. The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower. There is wooden flooring throughout the apartment except for the bedrooms, which are tiled.

Excelente apartamento y su localización .

El apartamento esta decorado muy lindo, según se ve en la foto. Está muy limpio. Muy buena localización, muy cerca de buenos restaurantes y boutiques, a los cuales se puede ir caminando. A dos o tres bloques de la avenida Goya, en la cual hay de todo.

El servicio de Spain Select excelente. Se lo recomendaría a mis amigos.

Al apartamento le falta un espejo de cuerpo entero en alguna de las habitaciones y un servicio de recogido de basura en el apartamento.

Se pretende que se baje la basura a las 7:00 de la tarde para que se la lleve el basurero y eso no es nada de conveniente.

General Pardinas

The apartment was beautiful and exactly as described on the web site. The location was great as many places of interest were in walking distance and the Metro was just around the corner. Lots of local restaurants and shops, including supermarket. The meet and greet arrangements were excellent and person who did meet us spoke excellent English and was very pleasant. We really enjoyed Madrid - would certainly recommend Madrid and this company. My only slight niggle was the length of time it took to return the deposit.
