Beachside three bedroom penthouse apartment built in 2005.

The property is located 9 km from the centre of Estepona and 150 metres from the sea.

It has a living/dining room which is furnished to a high standard with satellite -TV, digital TV, radio, DVD together with a dining area, patio doors leading onto a fully furnished terrace with views to the sea. There are three bedrooms and all bathrooms are marble. The kitchen is fully equipped.

For shared use guests have park, garden with lawn, swimming pool with separate children's pool. There is also an indoor pool which is heated. There are showers and WC in the pool area. In the complex there is sauna, fitness room, whirlpool and elevator. Underground parking with 24 hour security on site. The shops are 150 meters away, with a grocers, restaurant and bus stop close to hand. The golf course (18 hole) is only 1 km and Selwo Aventura 3 km. Estepona is a fantastic location and is perfect for families or couples. A trip to Puerto Banus is a must and a day out to Gibraltar where you will find many duty free items is recommended.

Closed urbanisation within the so-called 'New Golden Mile', 100 meters from the beach. Gardens are well established with two outdoor pools and two other children pools. Indoor heated swimming pool. Sauna, jacuzzi and gym. All these services are free. 7 km to Estepona, Puerto Banus 11 km and Marbella 20 km. Bus stop just 100 meters from the property. This penthouse is beachside and is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard. The views are to the Med with Estepona Golf close by. Underground parking is available and there is 24 hour security here.

Summer Holiday Family gathering in Costa Del Sol

Great apartment with a beautiful terrace view of the Sea, the gardens and pool below. Very confortable furniture. The apartment is fully equiped and spacious for our family of 5. You can hear the traffic on the main road but it doesn't bother you, even at night. We would recommend this apartment.

Family holiday

Lovely apartment on a great complex. The apartment was bigger than we expected and very well equipped for a family holiday. The complex is secure with gated entry, ideal for families with younger ones. The pools and grounds are clean and well kept, the indoor gym is well equipped and the indoor pool is great. Overall a fantastic apartment and complex. Kim arranges a hassle free experience and I would definitely recommend

Pleasant Family Experience In Costa Del Sol

We totally enjoyed our stay at Los Lagos, Elviria in Marbella. The apartment was clean and equipped with air con, satellite TV and comfortable furniture.

Très belle terrasse au calme.

Belle surface habitable. Belles piscines extérieure et intérieure avec jacuzi.

Pas de WIFI dans l'appartement alors que l'annonce le mentionne. Il faut descendre auprès des commerces de l'immeuble pour avoir le réseau.

L'appartement est bruyant car l'autovia passe derrière l'immeuble et toutes les chambres donnent sur cette route très passagère.

La plage est inexistante.

Merci à Kim, très efficace qui a su gérer nos problèmes de climatisation et autres.

Décevant néanmoins.

Guadalmansa Playa Estepona is easily accessible from both Malaga Airport & Gibraltar Airport and with flights from the majority of UK airports including flights from Stansted to Malaga and flights from Birmingham to Malaga among others. It is ideal for even a long weekend away as well as that long deserved summer holiday. The fantastic TikiTano Beach Restaurant and Lounge has been acclaimed as one of the most beautiful locations on the Costa del Sol; with its uninterrupted views of Gibraltar and Africa and its front line beach settings - this is very close to the complex and well worth a visit. Selwo Aventura Park is another added attraction in this area and a fantastic place to visit with the family.
