- Larger than average Swimming Pool + Children's Pool ( Lifeguard on duty in high season)

- Lots of Free Car Parking near by.

- Can walk into Puerto Banus along the Beach in approx. 20 mins

-Ground Floor Apt.with own small garden and Patio doors leading onto terrace from Master Bedroom and Living Room.

- Very good Beach Bars and Restaurants locally.

Like coming home

We stayed several times in this property and we (2 adults + 2 teenagers) feel like coming home whenever we arrive. The location of the appartment is very good: town center, beach and supermarket on walking distance. The property is clean, well maintained and provides free wifi. San Pedro offers 'something else' in the crowded Costa del Sol. And of course as an North European (NL) we love the climat.

Wonderful holiday

First time we had used the homeaway website and within a day Mike had responded to our booking request. Throughout our time leading up to our holiday Mike and Annette kept in email contact with us offering useful information. The booking itself was start forward.

Our stay at their apartment was excellent. Their apartment was very well equipped everything that you and your family require for a holiday. There is a fabulous terrace which allows for outdoor eating and relaxation. The apartment is in a quiet complex with highly maintained gardens. There is

are two pools the larger of which is a good size for swimming. Again we found the pool area relatively quiet for the time of year and an added bonus was a life guard on duty.

The promenade and beach is only a few minutes walk away which is well maintained and having a family atmosphere. There are good restaurants in walking distance with a wider selection if you head into the village itself.

All in all we had a wonderful relaxing holiday and we do hope to book again as it was a stress free holiday from start to finish.

Home from Home

We had a lovely holiday in Mike and Annettes apartment in San Pedro, it is most definitely a home from home and was perfect for our family of 5.

We arrived in late on a Sunday evening and were met by a lovely lady called Charlie who explained everything to us. The apartment was spotless and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need on holiday, Mike and Annette even supplied the beach towels !!

The location was perfect, a five minute walk from the beach and about 10 minutes to the lovely town of San Pedro where we found some great places to eat and such good value compared to most holiday resorts.

The apartment complex itself was really gorgeous, beautiful landscaped gardens and a great pool, no matter what time we visited the pool we were always able to get beds and sometimes were the only people there.

The location of San Pedro itself is perfect for exploring other areas, we had hired a car but it isn't necessary as the public bus service is excellent if you want to travel further afield. It is only a few minutes from Puerto Banus (walkable), Marbella and Estepona and about 40 minutes from Ronda.

All in all it was a brilliant holiday and we have no hesitation in recommending this gorgeous apartment and San Pedro and look forward to a return visit.

I want to end by thanking Annette and Mike for all their help leading up to our holiday, it was our first time to book direct and we couldn't have found nicer people to deal with.

A great time had by all!

Our second visit to this lovely apartment with my husband and 2 children aged 10 and 7. The owners are great and we had the surprise of a brand new kitchen this year and Wi-Fi (much to my children's delight).

The accommodation is well equipped and excellently located for the beach (2minutes / walk) and San Pedro Town or a lovely walk along the coast to Puerto Banus if you want to get involved in the hustle and bustle.

The pool area is excellent, with an additional toddlers pool. Unlike a lot of pools in this area it is spacious and has the sun all day - a huge plus!

The gardens are extremely well maintained and the complex is quiet and tranquil - would strongly recommend.

Very nice apartment in equally nice development

The apartment itself is well maintained, clean and suitably well equipped. The terrace is nicely furnished and spacious; ideal for al-fresco living and dining etc. The small private garden has the sun on it for most of the day which is another plus. The gate leads out to the pool area which is round the corner.

The development itself is quiet, relatively low-rise, nicely built and very well maintained. The San Pedro beach front is a short stroll away, the town centre not much further. Even Puerton Banus is at most a half hour walk away.

In summary the property is just what we needed and as depicted on the web-site.

Excellent Holiday Apartment

We spent 2 weeks in this lovely apartment (myself, my wife and 2 kids 10 and 13) and it was every bit as good as the advert made out. The gardens and pool area are superb and never crowded. (sunbeds always available). Although the weather was very hot throughout, the apartment was beautifully cool with us only needing to put the air con on for a very short time each day.I really can't recommened this place enough to any couple/family who want a secure clean, well equipped and relaxing holiday home.

San Pedro Beach and Town are still mainly Spanish without the fish and chips and full english breakfast establishments you get in other Spanish resorts. The locals spoke Spanish first and then English (if required) which helped make it more of an authentic holiday.Ronda (about 1 hour away) is well worth a visit and our two boys loved the waterparks at Mijas and Torremolinos.

Benahavis (about 10-15 mins by car) is the place to go to eat out,It is fantastic for location and choice or restaurants.

In summary then, if you are after nightclubs, bars and fast food - go somewhere else.

180 m from the beautiful esplanade of San Pedro Playa Blue Flag Beach with lots of bars and restaurants, jet ski and paddle boat hire. 3 km away is the famous port of Puerto Banus ( you can walk into the Port along the Beach ( approx 20 mins) with its fabulous yachts restaurants, bars and clubs, designer boutiques and the famous El Corte Ingles Department store. 9 km away is Marbella with some of the best shopping anywhere! !

There are local markets every day, San Pedro's is on Thursdays.

2 hrs drive away takes you to 45 skiing pistes in the Sierra Nevadas
