Great location, nice and tidy

Nicely equipped apt. in excellent location. Even the wi-fi worked properly, which is not that common everywhere. Alberto turned out to be a very nice host as well, so this place has our best recommendations.

1a Strandlage in sehr gepflegter Anlage

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und top gepflegt. In der Küche gibt es wirklich nichts, was man vermissen könnte. Die Anlage ist mit wunderschönen Hibiskusblumen bepflanzt. In der Nähe findet man mehrere Strandrestaurants, die sehr gepflegt sind. Auch ein Supermarkt ist fussläufig erreichbar, sowie mehrere Restaurants, Apotheke etc. . Deb Strand erreicht man durch ein Gartentor über einen Holzsteg über eine Düne, sehr idyllisch! Die Anlage ist sehr gut bewacht, das Sicherheitspersonal ist mehrfach in der Stunde zu sehen. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. wlan funktioniert einwandfrei. Rückzahlung Kaution landete bereits am nächsten Tag auf unserem Konto!

Si requieren de un servicio de limpieza durante su estancia, el coste es de 150€.

Se proporcionará un juego de toallas por inquilino y un juego sábanas por semana de estancia. Si necesita hacer uso de más toallas o sábanas de las que le corresponde por la duración de su estancia, el coste es de 50€.

Para asegurar la reserva del apartamento deberá ingresar un 50% del coste alquiler. El segundo pago se realizará 1 semana antes de su entrada al apartamento, y consistirá en el 50% restante del alquiler y la fianza de seguridad.
