About the property

Mas with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms, attached to the owners.

Live the experience of a stay of charm with swimming pool heated the summer or Jacuzzi heated the winter, in a Mas of the 18th entirely renovated, classified 4 stars and opened all the year.

Located halfway between the Luberon and the Alpilles, the region offers many opportunities for cultural activities, leisure (visits to the most beautiful villages in France, festivals, flea market ...), sports (hiking, bicycles, golf. ..) or simply enjoy the tranquility and serenity of our beautiful home.

The interior walls are dry stone of the country which retain a certain freshness most appreciable in summer.

On the ground floor, dining room, lounge with TV, DVD player, WIFI and fully equipped kitchen area.

At the end of the kitchen, a door gives you access to the play area, recreation and sport that is divided into two rooms.

In the first room, the game side with a small pinball machine, a Carrom and an air hockey table to spend good moments of fun.

For the leisure side, a video projector giving a picture of a width of 3 meters with a Blu-ray DVD player and movies on demand, will allow you to liven up your evenings. For sport, a bike, two elliptical trainers, a treadmill, a Roman chair with a cozy corner to relax surrounded by stone benches. In the second room, a comfortable Jacuzzi (only accessible in autumn and winter) equipped with a bar area with a small refrigerator, you will spend pleasant moments of complicity.

Upstairs, a large stone staircase leading to a rest area (equipped with a sofa and books), on the left, a few steps with a passage giving access to two air-conditioned rooms with a bed of 180 x 200 cm comfort or 2 beds of 90 x 200 cm on request, a desk, a dressing room, a television and an optional mezzanine (which can be used for sleeping for a fee).

In front of a bathroom, composed of two sinks, a large corner bath and a bathroom.

Optional mezzanines are closed and discouraged for children under 15 years of age.

The rental is done in a part of Mas, adjoining the owners where the privacy of each is preserved, relaxation and calm assured. The entrance gate and parking, pool, pool house, jacuzzi and much of the land is fully reserved for our tenants. A wooden palisade delimits the two parts and secures the pool.

You can take full advantage of the walled garden of 3000 m2 with fruit trees and for the enjoyment of children and adults, a playground for children and a bowling alley for petanque lovers (3 games of 6 balls to disposition).

The exterior is paved with stone including a parking, a pool of 5 x 10 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters overflow, with a waterfall, secured by a wrought iron fence and a wooden palisade, which can be completed by electronic wristbands (on request and free of charge).

Attention, the pool is closed from November 1 to end of March (subject to outside temperatures).

The terrace is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a high table with 4 chairs and a ping-pong table for your moments of relaxation.

In a pool house, a table for 12 people, a sink, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a charcoal barbecue and a table football will allow you to spend a great holiday .

Possibility to rent from 2 nights in low season and out of season, rates on request.

Großes Steinhaus mit individueller Einrichtung.Fürs tägliche Ferienleben nur Nutzung des Poolhauses mit guter Ausstattung von dortiger Küche.Im Haupthaus schöne Schlafzimmer mit Klimatisierung und jeweils Fernseher.Sehr sauberer Pool.Riesiger Garten mit Spielgeräten für Kinder.Fitnessraum,der von uns allerdings nicht genutzt wurde,das Wetter war viel zu schön.Das Haus befindet sich in guter Ausgangslage für Fahrten in den Luberon,Vaucluse,Alpillen,Camargue und Aix.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool

Wir fahren seit vielen Jahren nach Frankreich und kennen viele Häuser. Dieses Objekt inkl. Garten, Pool, Poolhause usw. zählt zu den schönsten.

Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Pool war im Mai schon gut zu nutzen.

Für große Kinder gibt es unzählige Spielmöglichkeiten, ebenso für Fitnessfans.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat alles getan, um uns den Urlaub so nett wie möglich zu machen.

Wir können dieses Objekt jederzeit empfehlen.

Traumhaus mit allen Schikanen, liegt verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig.

Sehr schön ist das Poolhaus, in dem man kochen, grillen und am großen Holztisch essen kann. Hier spielt sich das Leben ab.

2 große Schlafzimmer. Zwar nur 1 Bad-aber 3 Toiletten.

Bequeme Ligen am Pool und auch bequeme Betten. Alles sehr gute Qualität! Optimale Kächenausstattung.

Freundlicher hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir durften uns eine 2CV ausleihen. Sehr viel Spaß!

Tout était parfait

Très belle maison, faite pour profiter au maximum de l extérieur et de la piscine. Propriétaire aux petits soins. Tout est là, rien ne manque. Nous y retournerons dès que possible.

Un véritable petit paradis, au calme mais près de tout. Un accueil chaleureux et des hôtes charmants . Il ne manque rien, c'est juste parfait! Le Mas est impeccable et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût.
