We had an issue with before the stay.
We never received the arrival packet so I had to call your office. When my family tried to get into Sawgrass, no one from your office gave the security gate my name. It was a bad experience.

Property was not ready when we arrived.
We had asked for early check-in and were denied. We arrived at 4:45 even though check-in was 4 pm. Maintenance man had just arrived to unroll all the carpets in all of the rooms. He was a real talker and finally after an hour I basically kicked him out. Also did not realize this rental was a second Story unit. I was on a crutch and found it very difficult.
