Amazing penthouse in Plaka with private balconies & roof top terrace. Views!

We call this apartment PL5.

PL5 is a penthouse apartment, located in the heart of Plaka, the most desirable inner city address in Athens. The apartment has a large balcony and its own roof top terrace. You can enjoy wonderful views of the Acropolis, Plaka and Athens from the balcony or the terrace.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms with king size beds that can be set up as singles and a double sofa bed in the large living room. It also has a large living room / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, one full bathroom and a second toilet.

It offers free WiFi, flat TV, AC and lots of closet space. It has a washing machine and a dryer.

It is three minutes away from Syntagma Metro Station, direct line to the airport.

If you choose to stay in PL5 you will find yourself in the heart of historical Athens and within short walking distance to all archeological sites, museums and galleries, as well as the commercial pedestrian zone of Ermou and the central flea market. 

Numerous restaurants, tavernas and bars to cater all tastes. Organic food markets, fruit and vegetable stalls and all kinds of markets are located around PL5.

You should be aware that PL5 is in a quiet, residential building and late night noise is not tolerated by the neighbours.  If you are a group looking to party, this is not the apartment for you.  We can assist with places less residential if you require.

Once you get to the apartment, we will be there to meet you and take you on a short tour of the neighbourhood so you can get your bearings.

We also provide our Guests with our own Locals Guide. It describes and shows you how to get to some of our favourite local hidden shops, cafes, museums and galleries. On the guide we have included the Co-ordinates which are displayed on an English worded map that we also provide. The street signs in Athens are all in Greek and English, which means that with the "Locals Guide" and the map you can easily explore all of inner city Athens and find great places that few will.

We were met at the apartment and explained everything in the apartment and the surrounding area, even sitting down with us going through a map of Athens and the metro system. Great beds. Amazing views from both terraces. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Thank you.

Beautiful Apartment & Beautiful View

My family and I stayed at this lovely apartment just a few weeks ago. It was beautiful and the view from both the balcony and the roof terrace was just breathtaking. The neighborhood couldn't have been better! Lots of cafes and shops. The city of Athens was warm and buzzy with lots to see and do.

The apartment itself was very spacious and air-conditioned. The host/owner thought of everything, including milk in the fridge when we arrived!

Thank you for making our Athens trip so so special!

This apartment is located in the heart of Plaka. Plaka is the most picturesque quarter in the heart of Athens. It is located on the foothill of Acropolis Hill, the most famous monument in Greece.

Plaka is known for its colourful houses, paved streets, traditional sweet shops and tavernas and last but not least the archaeological sites of the Tower of Winds, Ancient Agora and Lysicrates monument.
