Main floor, entrance hall: courtyard, bright living room and access to a covered terrace furnished 70m2 with spectacular sea views, dining room opening onto a fully equipped modern kitchen and a toilet. Ground floor: Three double bedrooms with en-suite and large dressing (large directed terrace), a single room with en-suite, and a laundry. In Basement: a large garage for 2 cars and engine room.

Terrific location with wonderful views of Porto Pollensa, Mallorca.

The house is rental quality. A Week stay is required but house supplies, ie toilet paper, napkins, soaps, cleaning supplies, etc are lacking resulting a required trip to market. Heat during our stay was not turned on so you don't have a choice about heating, ie drying towel racks wouldn't function as a result. Garbage needs to be taken one block away for disposal. Pool not heated. Cleaning service is extra if wanted. Owner difficult to contact.

Dreadful noisy major building works on the new villa next door. 10-17 June 2017

When we arrived, we were dismayed to find a building site next door. A new large villa has been built, but there were ongoing groundworks surrounding the new villa and all was on the closest side to our villa, about 15 ft from our property.We had a JCB digger on the Monday, a succession of deliveries with a lorry crane parked and running close to our pool. There were kango hammers drilling out concrete and a large portable cement mixer whIch made a tremoundous grinding noise nearly every day. On a few occasions, there were grinding/sanding the terrace tiles which created plumes of smoke. There were some breaks of peace during the day including the workman breakfast and lunch, and in fairness some days were worst than others. Work started fairly promptly at 8:00am. One evening, a large cement lorry arrived at 6:15pm and worked with the crane till the ealry evening. The owner apologised and explained the works were overrunning and should have been completed early May. Clearly this was outside of the owners control, but we were not advised in advance. I think these works will run for a few more weeks yet. That said, it's a beautiful villa with fantastic amenenties and a stunning balcony view, close to the shops resurants and beach. However, we were so disappointed with the disruption and noise next door and raised a formal complaint with HomeAway and supplied several video clips to support the complaint.......

This villa ticks all the boxes (clean, great location, well maintained, good customer service). It is in a peaceful part of Puerto Polensa but still within easy walking distance to centre and beaches. The view from the lounge and terrace floor is breath taking and immediately grabs you as you walk up the open stair case. Sitting outside on the terrace makes this villa, with its uninterrupted views across the bay and up into the mountains (absolutely Stunning). All the facilities within the villa are modern (contemporary) and it has more than a grand design feel to it. We like to eat out and there are many good restaurants in he area but it is hard to tear yourself away from the villa with its large dining table outside and inside.

Santi was our main contact and was always on hand at the other end of a telephone for any assistance if required.

Thoroughly recommend the villa.

Absolutely beautiful property

This property is gorgeous - beautifully appointed, very modern, with amazing interiors and furniture. It is ideal for a family. The owner is kind and easy to work with. It is very close to Puerto Pollensa and Formentor. We would highly recommend it. We rented it for our family the week of our wedding and everyone was very happy. Incredible view of the sunset and water and very relaxing.
