Ideally located, right on the beach in Estepona and walking distance from city center and all amenities; also 50m away from petrol station, coach station (direct bus to Marbella, Malaga city center), medical centre and Estepona's largest supermarket. This apartment is ideal for any kind of holiday.

Within the grounds, which are right on the beach, there is a large pool area, snack bar, gym and sauna, all set within landscaped gardens with fountains throughout and a childrens play area.

The second floor property has a spacious lounge (with 32' flat screen TV) and dining area, with access directly onto the terrace that has dining and seating for 4. From here you access the private roof terrace via the spiral staircase.The master bedroom has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and access to the terrace. The full en suite bathroom has a shower over the whirlpool bath. The second bedroom again has a double bed, and fitted wardrobes. There is a second bathroom with large walk in glass shower. The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher etc and a small table for breakfast.

Great location

Not as luxurious as we expected, but we were there in January and could not enjoy the patio and roof deck due to the weather. The apartment faces east and gets very little winter sun. The inside of the apartment is unusual and has many dividing doors. However, the location is great! Close to the supermarket and a nice walk to the old part of town. We enjoyed Estepona and surrounding area.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the feedback and yes the location of the flat is ideal in a very much enjoyable beach resort that is Estepona. Glad you enjoyed your stay, like all the guests who came. With regards to your comment on the inside, the layout is pretty standard for Europe with each room having theirs own doors (coming from Canada, I presume you are used to other layouts); there is only one extra dividing door between the living and sleeping areas for extra piece and quietness. Re the "non-luxurious" aspect, it is much more modern and of much better quality than the majority of the stock in the area; you will note that previous guests stated it is also quite good value for money. Finally, re your point on weather, it is quite a shame that bad weather dampened your stay but it is really something outside of my control. The flat gets a lot of winter sun until noon and you have sun all day long on the terrace and roof terrace (see comments from guests Debbie P. and Tom .P).

We had an amazing time

We were fortunate to find this property and booked a 2 month stay from Mid October to Mid December 2016

For the first month the weather was ideal, with warm days and cooler nights. Second month the weather was wetter and cooler but we were able to sit out on the lovely roof top terrace most days. Much better than England.

Location of the apartment is very good, being a 15 minute stroll down hill into the beautiful Estepona, with many lovely restaurants and bars. Also very close to the Carrefour for shopping, which has pretty well everything you could need. I personally preferred the Mercadona and many fresh fish shops which are on the edge of town where prices and products are more Spanish. Particularly good for people watching.

The apartment had everything you could want in terms of facilities but we particularly appreciated the English TV which made it seem like a home from home. Wifi worked well. Car parking under the apartment block was also very useful on the odd wet day or when bringing back shopping

We had a couple of very minor issues that Alex resolved for us very quickly. Very helpful indeed and much appreciated.

The only downside to me was some road noise, due to the fact that I live in such a quiet area myself. After a little while you don't notice this and it wouldn't put me off returning.

I believe it was a five star break in a five star apartment

Lovely appartment. Ideal location

This is a lovely appartment, ideal base for Estepona. To improve the customer experience I suggest the following:

Include a duvet cover on the duvet

Provide a hairdryer

Sort out the access to the appartment. It was quite stressful at times because we found it difficult to get into the appartment

Good value!

Nice and clean apartment. Well equipped. Fast responses and no problems with owner and property manager. A little noisy outside from the street, but we did not mind. Stayed with two kids. Thanks for a nice stay!

Ideal with all day winter sun

We stayed for 28 days. The apartment was well placed, 15 minute walk into town. We had English TV, Wi-Fi and the apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. The roof terrace afforded all day sun, it had a hot tub, although this was out of action. Our only complaint was that we would have preferred a twin bedded room and we would have liked more kitchen utensils but that apart it was a lovely holiday and very reasonable. We are considering a return next winter. Thank you.
