The Appartment was very nice and very functional.

We had 2 great weeks at the apartment. It was very functional. Love loved eating breakfast on the balcony in the morning listening to the waves and see the beach wake up. And we had some very great sunset dinners at the balcony as well. The easy access to the beach was great with children and they were able to go up and down as they liked.

Einsamer Herbsturlaub

Wir haben hier eine sehr erholsame Woche Ende Oktober/Anfang November verbracht. Sehr ruhig zu dieser Jahreszeit, wir waren die einzigen Gäste in der Anlage. Gepflegtes Ambiente, die Wohnung ist direkt über dem Strand im dritten Stock. Überragende Aussicht. Wir konnten so spät im Jahr noch baden. In der zunächst kühl wirkenden Wohnung kann man es sich gemütlich einrichten, neue Möbel, Küche, Betten. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände (Barhocker, Pfannen, Handtücher) sind in die Jahre gekommen, auch die Bäder könnten gepflegter sein. Nette Betreuung, jedoch Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil. Herr Gualano stand immer sofort telefonisch und digital in Norwegen zur Verfügung. Seine Hinweise zum Autofahren in der Anlage sollten unbedingt ernst genommen werden., dh am besten nicht in die Anlage reinfahren (eng und steil). Wir haben die Kupplung unseres Mietwagens ruiniert.

Owner's Response: We are very glad you've enjoyed your staying in Anzio. We are putting all our effort to make sure all is well kept, maintained and cleaned. We always take comments and suggestions very seriously with prompt actions and solutions. I always suggest to drive a small car inside the residence. Its really narrow, and especially in the middle of the summer holidays (July and August) it can be challenging to find a parking space inside with a big car.

Super Appartment mit super Meerblick

Wir waren Ende Oktober bis Anfang November im Appartment. Das Appartment hat einen super Meerblick, durch nichts zu toppen sowie liegt das Appartment direkt am Strand. Das Appartment ist im 3.Stock als letzte Etage, nebenan ist ein gleich großes Apparment. Der Balkon ist lang und mit direktem Meerblick. Da wir Ende Okt waren können wir sagen, der Strand war so gut wie menschenleer, wir hatten jeden Tag Sonne und haben im Tshirt auf dem Balkon mit Glasgeländer gegessen. Die Nähe zu Rom u weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten ist super. Wir haben viele Strandspaziergänge unternommen, vermutlich je nach Wetterlage kann man um das bekannte Tor Caladra laufen und dann Kilometer lang einfach laufen ... laufen .. laufen ... der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, sehr bemüht und reagiert auf alle Vorkommnisse, Anfragen etc. Sofort. Das ist sehr hilfreich, weil man sich dadurch wohl umsorgt fühlt. Vom Appartment (Haupteingang) kann man seitlich ums Haus herum, Stufen hinab steigen und ist direkt am Strand und Meer. In dem Gebäudekomplex selbst kann man nicht parken, an der Straße gibt es Parkplätze. Zum Auspacken kann man aber in den Komplex fahren. Der Gebäudekomplex ist durch ein elektrisches Tor gesichert.

Ich denke, dass die Bilder für sich sprechen, wer das Meer liebt, wer das Meer hören will, wer sehen will, was am Strand los ist (oder auch nicht), der ist hier genau richtig,

Owner's Response: Conni and Roland has been our guest in late October 2016 and we have exchanged many information before the renting and during the renting period. They have been very methodical in their approach to their holidays and we have tried to support them the best we could to allow them all the info on the apartment and the surroundings. They have expressed us their very positive feeling about the apartment and how they felt during their staying, helping us to better accommodate their needs. The have been very professional during the whole booking process and very attentive to the care of the apartments and its belongings. Kunde finnas lite städgrejer så man kunde städa av toalett mm . Vi stannade två v och då blir det kanska smutsigt.

un excellent sejour

La vue de l'appartement est magnifique. Elle couvre la mer sur près de 200 degrés. Le logement est très bien équipé et propre. L accès à proximité de l appartement avec un monospace est difficile et l appartement est situé au deuxième étage sans ascenseur.Le lazio est magnifique. Compter pour se rendre à Rome environ 1 heure.

L'appartamento si trova pratticamente sopra la spiaggia,quindi comodissimo,scendevamo al mare Senza scarpe!molto moderno,con tutte le comodita,a piedi ci sono ristoranti,supermercati...cosimo e stato molto disponibile per qualunque richiesta,consigliatissimo!!!

Anzio is famous for the great variety and freshness of its seafood. There are two famous seafood restaurants on the beach nearby. One particular restaurant, La Scialuppa, at 50 m on the beach, allows home delivery.

The city centre is approximately at 4 km and the train station is at 700 m. Roma Termini can be reached within 50 minutes by train.

The "E" line of the public transportation passes nearby in order to reach the train station and the city centre. Museums and archaeological sites including the Villa Nerone ruins, Villa Borghese and other famous sites are located nearby.

With a short walk you can reach the WWF of Tor Caldara natural reserve. Nearby there is a yachting service to get to the island that are close (Ponza, Palmarola and Ventotene)

Arrival and departure time: Check-in after 14:00 - Departure not later than 10:00.
The building is located inside a residential complex with an automatic gate. Parking is free on the street or at the adjacent public car park 20 meters from the complex. It is possible to drive in with the car for the time necessary to unload luggage. Guests can park inside if places are available.
None of the furniture or equipment inside the apartment can be taken out.
The apartment cannot be sublet and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The two set of keys and remote controls must be returned on the last day of the lease.
It is recommended to comply with the rules of the building - from 22:00 to 08:00 is forbidden inappropriate noises.
Pets allowed only after arrangement under contract.
The property is leased exclusively for tourism purposes under article 1, paragraph II-c law n.431 / 98 - under Italian jurisdiction. Tribunal of Rome will be used in case of dispute. It is not allowed, under Italian law, to use this apartment for business purposes.
