It is a detached villa with private garden, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms

It is a newly built villa Brand 115 meters on two floors, on the ground floor and fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and utensils. There is also the living room with access to independent garden is at the back of the house that overlooks the mountain. There is a toilet, a small garden at the front of the house and a separate locked garage.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and one with 2 bunk beds. Two bathrooms with bath, one in the bedroom.

The cottage is detached and is in a neighborhood of two rows of houses in the village of Prases, in the valley of Toranzo within Cantabria.

Opposite is the Pas river and greenway where you can stroll among peoples.

Highly reccomend!!

hermosa casa, con todas las comodidades. Electrodomésticos de cocina con zona altamente eficiente acogedor comedor y grande, baño grande y estaba impecable y las 3 habitaciones muy amplias. equipada con toda la ropa de cama y de la persona (todo nuevo). los propietarios son muy amables y serviciales. Recomiendo la casa a los de los niños. Prases es un pueblo muy tranquilo, pero a 10 minutos de Torrelavega ya 30 minutos de la hermosa Santander y de las hermosas playas de Somocuevas y Arnia. A media hora para aquellos con niños son el zoo de Santillana del Mar y las cuevas de Altamira y el hermoso parque de la naturaleza Cabarceno. Recomiendo encarecidamente la casa, tanto por su belleza y por su proximidad a las áreas en mi opinión la más bella de Cantabria.

UNA CASA ACOGEDORA Y BIEN COMUNICADA

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en Cantabria.

La casa es muy acogedora y no le falta detalle. Además el pueblo está muy bien comunicado para poder visitar cualquier rincón de Cantabria.

Cerquita de las cuevas ricas en arte rupestre del Castillo, la zona es muy bonita.

La dueña es encantadora y muy atenta.Muy recomendable.
