chalet of 60 m2, 2 bedrooms mezzanine very quiet beautiful view,

The chalet is located on the top of the resort.

The residence "Les Chalets du Mercantour" is made up of a collective chalet and above four rows of individual chalets.

The garages of the individual chalets are located on the first floor of the collective building (access by elevator).

Access to the ski area by a track starting in front of the building (we put in the garage), return by a track arriving between the second and third row of cottages).

Half chalet of 60 m2, wooden, delivered in 2007, including:

upstairs: bedroom1: 1 bed 160,

              bedroom2: 1 bed 140 with mezzanine: 1 mattress 140 and 1 mattress90 heating by convectors

1 bathroom with bathtub and towel radiator

le demi chalet est fort agréable, très bien exposé, bien équipé, très propre, sur les hauteurs de la station ce qui garantit un calme absolu (loin des micros du front de neige). 2 grandes chambres et une terrasse idéale pour vos fins de journée.

Chalet stay

This was a lovely chalet and well located for skiing in and out of the apartment, with a short walk required to get to the slope. The walk to the supermarket and boulangerie was a little further than the slopes.

The chalet is perfect for our group of 4 adults/1 child. The deck chairs were a fabulous addition to the apres ski afternoons.

The chalet was very clean and well presented.

It was nice to be met by the owner at the bus to find our way to the chalet.

Overall we had a fabulous holiday and stay in the apartment

the chalet is located on the heights of the resort. An access slope to the ski area is located in front of the apartment building. The return trail arrives between the second and third row of individual cottages.

Chalet 24 is on the fourth row (see photo 15).

Easy access to the center of the resort either by a funicular located 150 meters or by the internal shuttle station or by foot by road (see photos 15-16).
