The Andalusian chalet “Las Chozas” lets you enjoy a really unique and unforgettable holiday on the Costa de la Luz, the “Coast of the Light”. It is one of the traditionally built villas in the urbanization Atlanterra which has been affectionately restored and modernized. Its original romantic character of a genuine Andalusian cluster of cottages was maintained, giving you the feeling of really “being there”, while offering contemporary living standards with comfortable and air conditioned bedrooms and living areas, new bathrooms and a modern and fully equipped open kitchen.

Situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Atlanterra and of the entire Coast of the Light, on a generous land plot on the mountain shoulder, between massive rocks and old cork oaks, protected from the “Levante” wind and from external views, its location is one of the most privileged in southern Europe. From the chalet’s large terraces you can enjoy wide vistas to the Atlantic Ocean and the bay of Trafalgar to the famous and majestic Cape, or you can simply relax and witness beautiful and unforgettable sunsets, letting the day end comfortably with your family or friends and a fine Spanish wine.

Its floors of centuries old stone tiles, its massive walls plastered in the local style, the large old wooden beams, its rooms open to the roofs’ timberwork make this chalet a most enchanting and romantic place within an impressive nature which you will really enjoy. The ideal house for the nostalgic traveler with style!

The chalet with an area of 1.400 square foot (130 square meters) has three air conditioned bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a separate toilet, a fully furnished modern kitchen and a large air conditioned main living and dining hall with a bar, panoramic windows, a dining place seating 6 – 8, a stove and a reclining area with satellite TV and a DVD player. During the cooler seasons, the air condition will also serve as heating for the house.

On the outside, it has terraces of over 2.100 square foot (200 square meters) on two levels with a pergola as protection from the sun on the upper terrace in front of the house and a swimming pool of 30 foot (10 meters) for a refreshing dive. The pool is furnished with the latest chlorine-free UV filtration and disinfection equipment which makes it highly suitable for small children and allergy sufferers.

With a small climb to the mountain ridge directly behind the chalet you can reach a vantage point with a fantastic 360° view to Africa and the entrance to the Strait of Gibraltar.

„Las Chozas“ is officialy registered as a touristic renting property (RTA: VFT/CA/00691) and complies with all legal requirements.
