3 bedroom villa with views of old town Alcudia and mountains

The villa is located on high ground in a very centric location only 3,2 km away from the popular vacation resort Alcudia and Puerto de Alcudia. Due to its close connection to a mayor road, Puerto de Alcudia´s clean, vast sandy beaches can be easily reached in less than 5 minutes by car. The property offers some spectacular views of the mountains and the old town of Alcudia.

A spacious terrace, a comfy lawn area and the swimming pool stretch in front of the cozy two floor house. The swimming pool is 4 x 8 m in size, with the deepest point measuring 1,80 m and the shallowest point is 1 m deep.The pool is surrounded by another terrace with plenty of room for sun loungers, a garden table and chairs. On the right hand side, adjacent to the lawn is the barbecue and out door kitchen. Children may rejoice in fun activities such as playing soccer or rocking on the toy see-saw.

The entrance of the house serves as dining room and seats 6 adults. The dining table may be extended to up to 8 people. The big sliding door elements allow for summer breezes to enter and invite the guests to contemplate the beautiful sunrises. The terrace, pool and garden of the property are easily accessible from the entrance.The modern kitchen is located on the left hand side of the dining room and is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a large fridge and freezer, dish washer, vitro ceramic stove, oven, and micro wave.

The entrance gives way to the cozy living room with a sofa, television, a fireplace and a modern, powerful air-conditioning. A wooden staircase connects the living area with a small, open attic, where up to 2 extra guests may easily be accommodated. A spacious wardrobe is also located in the attic. On the right hand side, adjacent to the living room is one of the bedrooms, equipped with 2 single beds and a wardrobe.

On the other side of the living room is a hallway and a beautiful bathroom, with a bathtub and bidet. At the end of the hallway is another bedroom with 2 single beds and a built in wardrobe. From this room, a staircase leads up to the second floor of the house, where a master bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and bidet, a walk in closet and a cozy terrace is located. This bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. From the terrace the views of Alcudia and surroundings are magnificent.

Downstairs, in a separate room, guests have access to a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board with iron. This laundry room leads to the terrace in front of the house and is spacious enough to also serve as storage for i.e. bicycles or other bulky objects.

Since the lower level of the villa is equipped with all necessary amenities, the house is ideal for guests who prefer not to climb stairs. The connection between the indoors and out of doors areas is also level and without physical boundaries, allowing for easy passage.

Electricity is charged apart according to consumption at 0,23 € / kWh.

The mandatory stay tax is included in the rental price.

Ca Na Conseda is located in the municipality of Alcudia, adjacent to Puerto de Alcudia. This area is the prime tourist destination of Mallorca´s precious northeast. Vast sandy beaches begin in Puerto de Alcudia and stretch out to Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. The water is crystalline and the beaches are mostly shallow, allowing for great water pleasure. The old town of Alcudia, with it´s historic wall surrounding the core of the town, offers a glimpse into authentic mallorquin lifestyle. Beautiful specialty shops, delicious restaurants offering tapas, mallorquin dishes, meat and fish specialties, as well as the local market attract numerous visitors each year.

Due to the centric location of Ca Na Conseda a great variety of summer fun activities and aquatic sports, such as water skiing, jet skis, banana rides, scuba diving, paragliding, sailing or horse back riding, excursions with quads and go-karts, are easily and quickly accessed. A fantastic selection of diverse restaurants is available both in Puerto de Alcudia and in Alcudia: lovers of traditional cuisine or ethnic foods will easily find their favorite spot, just as those with a discerning palate will enjoy the highly elaborated dishes of Puerto Alcudia´s fine restaurants, such as el Jardin.

A large choice of nightly entertainment is at close proximity as well: pretty terraces, spectacular chill-out bars right on the beach, salsa pubs for dancing, life performances, concerts and discos.

A great first holiday in Majorca and wonderful villa

We booked 6 days at Ca Na Conseda, which is a very short drive from both Alcudia and Port D'Alcudia, with easy access to other nearby towns and beaches. A great location for accessing the northeast of the island. The villa was very easy to find and is very peaceful and secluded. We found the close proximity to the main road a plus rather than a minus (hardly any noise other than the distant hum of occasional traffic) and the local supermarkets can be reached via a 2-3 minute drive. The villa is decorated in a very traditional style and well maintained with all of the modern amenities needed for a family holiday, including a well equipped kitchen, utility room and Wi-Fi. The spacious/modern fridge and oven were a big plus. We loved the pool which was perfect and enjoyed a number of meals on the veranda of the main bedroom which has a great view. Both Petra and the owners were very helpful and welcoming. The children loved bringing the fresh eggs in from the chicken house and feeding the chickens. Omelettes aplenty! We will almost certainly be back at some point and found this an excellent value villa. We hope to stay longer next time.

Definitely one of our best, if not THE best

We were all well ready for a holiday, and once arrived at Ca na Conseda we just relaxed and enjoyed it. The house is close to all amenities, yet totally private and not overlooked. It is also big enough for all family members to have their own space in which to unwind.

We really liked Alcudia too; two of us visited the market on the first day for fresh fruit and vegetables, and we found the medieval walls and the buildings of the old town very interesting and picturesque, while the more modern Port d'Alcudia just a short drive away, with its plethora of bistros and restaurants as well as the lovely long sandy beach provided the ideal contrast.

We hadn't intended to do a lot of sightseeing, but the drive up to Hermita de la Victoria and Cap Formentor was well worth the effort; we went to Soller too, and Port de Soller, which are lovely, but the house and garden itself was a place that simply invited us to be there and enjoy it, and we did just that. The private pool and lovely barbecue were all that could be desired. It was a holiday that will be long remembered.

Schöne Finca mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Vermieter / Verwaltung: Absolut 5 Sterne haben Miguel und seine Familie (Vermieter) sowie die Verwalterin Frau Lepelmeier verdient. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bei einem gemeinsamen Rundgang wurde alles Wichtige erklärt. Besonders nett war, dass Miguel sowohl einen kleinen Korb mit mallorquinischen Spezialitäten als auch Getränke bereitgestellt hatte (wir sind sonntags angekommen), sodass wir für den ersten Abend bestens versorgt waren. Weiterhin war Miguel jederzeit erreichbar und in 5 Minuten vor Ort, wenn es ein Problem gab (Wasserpumpenausfall nach dem größten Unwetter der letzten 20 Jahre). 1 x pro Woche wurden von Miguel und seiner Frau das Haus geputzt (inklusive Bettwäsche- und Handtuchaustausch) sowie die Außenanlage (Pool, Rasen) gepflegt.

Finca / Außenbereich: Alles ist genauso wie beschrieben und liebevoll eingerichtet (das Außenmobiliar ist mittlerweile durch hochwertige Aluminium- und Glasmöbel ausgetauscht worden) - für Familien mit kleinen Kindern interessant: in einem Nebenraum gibt es eine Kinderwiege (Säuglinge), ein Kinderreisebett, einen Buggy, eine Babywippe und im Außenbereich Poolspielzeug. Poolanlage und Außenküche sind toll (für den Außengrill liegt sogar Brennholz hinter dem Haus bereit), auch Kühlschrank und Waschbecken sind außen vorhanden. Die Ausstattung in der Finca (Geschirr, Küchenzubehör etc.) ist hervorragend, es fehlt an nichts.

Highlight für unsere Jungs (5 und 7) waren die Hühner (inklusive Frühstücksei) sowie das weitläufige Grundstück mit Feigenbäumen, Mandelbäumen, Kaktusfeigen und der Erlaubnis, alles ernten zu dürfen (wir haben Mandeln als Souvenier mitgenommen).

Lage: Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist der nächste große Supermarkt zu erreichen, ca. 10 Minuten braucht man sowohl nach Alcudia (+ Strände) als auch nach Port Polencia. Aufgrund der günstigen Lage, war der Verkehr auf den Schnellstraßen zwar hörbar, aber für uns nicht störend.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf der Finca Ca Na Conseda und können diese für Familien mit kleinen Kindern absolut empfehlen.

Best recreative family vacation ever

We had a very lovely and pleasant stay in the Finca Ca Na Conseda and are quite sure, that we will visit this beautiful place soon again. It is a nice place for couples or families who want to take a rest and relax without the trouble of the tourism hotels, pools, restaurants. The finca is not far away from the cities Alcudia and Port de Alcudia where you can get everything you need. The facility, the rooms of the finca, the big garden, the pool and the great barbeque grill outside are exactly as shown on the pictures and very nice. For us it was a very pleasant and recreative vacation with our family and even with kids. Furthermore, the owner of the Finca are very very kind and helpful and making the stay so comfortable......
